يعد الإكتئاب من أكثر الأمراض انتشارا وهو اضطراب يؤثر بطريقة سلبي على طريقة التفكير والتصرف ، ولقد عرف الإكتئاب منذ مدة زمنية طويلة وجرت محاولات لفهمه وعلاجه على مر العصور مما ساعد على توفير الكثير من المعلومات عن هذا الإضطراب . ويعد انموذج العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية من أهم النماذج وأحدثها والتي فسرت سمات الشخصية فضلا عن كونه انموذجا قابلا للتصنيف وسهولة لغته وله القدرة على التنبؤ بالنتائج التجريبية ، ويعتبر انموذج كوستا وماكري Costa & MCcrae 1992 وانموذج جولدبيرج Goldberg 1999 وهو العمل النظامي الذي قدمه جولدبيرج عبر سنوات ولذي يركز على الجانب الجوهري فيه وقسمها إلى خمسة عوامل هي ( المقبولية ، الضمير الحي ، الانبساطية ، العصابية ، الانفتاح على الخبرة ) . ويهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على: الإكتئاب لدى طلبة الجامعة . العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية لدى طلبة الجامعة . الفروق في الإكتئاب وفقا لمتغير الجنس ( ذكور ــ إناث ) والتخصص الدراسي ( علمي ــ إنساني ) لدى طلبة الجامعة . الفروق في العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية وفقا لمتغير الجنس ( ذكور ــ إناث ) والتخصص الدراسي ( علمي ــ إنساني ) لدى طلبة الجامعة . مدى الإسهام النسبي للإكتئاب في العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية لدى طلبة الجامعة . وقد شمل مجتمع البحث طلبة جامعة بغداد من كلا الجنسين ( ذكور ــ إناث ) والتخصص الدراسي ( علمي ــ إنساني ) ، وتكونت عينة البحث من (400) طالب وطالبة موزعين على أربع كليات هي (2) منها علمي و(2) منها إنسانية ، واستعمل الباحث أداتين الأول مقياس بيك 1974 للإكتئاب والثاني مقياس العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية حسسب انموذج جولدبيرج 1999 Goldberg والذي يتضمن خمس مجالات هي ( المقبولية ، الضمير الحي ، الإنبساطية ، العصابية ، الإنفتاح على الخبرة ) ، وتم استخراج الخصائص السيكومترية للمقياس وتوصل إلى النتائج الاتية : وجود فرق دال إحصائيا في الإكتئاب وهذا يؤشر إلى انخفاض مستوى الإكتئاب لدى طلبة الجامعة . جاء ترتيب العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية لدى طلبة الجامعة ( المقبولية ، الإنفتاح على الخبرة ، الضمير الحي ، الإنبساطية العصابية . وجود فرق دال إحصائيا في الإكتئاب وفقا لمتغير الجنس ( ذكور ــ إناث ) ولصالح الذكور وكذلك يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا وفقا لمتغير التخصص الدراسي ( علمي ــ إنساني ) ولصالح التخصص الإنساني . وجود فرق دال إحصائيا في العوامل الكبرى للشخصيه وفق متغير الجنس (ذكور ــ إناث) ولصالح الذكور وكذلك يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا وفق متغير التخصص الدراسي (علمي ــ إنساني) في عامل المقبوليه والإنفتاح على الخبره والضمير الحي بينما كان الفرق دال إحصائيا ولصالح الإناث للتخصص الإنساني في عامل الإنبساطيه , وعدم وجود فرق دال إحصائيا في عامل العصابية. وجود علاقه ارتباطيه موجبه بين الإكتئاب والعوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصيه لدى طلبه الجامعه. وأوصى الباحثان ب تنميه الوعي لدى الأسرة بتحمل المسؤوليه وكيفية التعامل مع أبنائهم المضطربين نفسيا ،و تطوير عمل التوجيه والإرشاد التربوي في المدارس الثانويه وأخذ دورهم في التعامل معهم والتوصل إلى العلاج المناسب لهذه الحالات، وتنميه الوعي لدى الأسرة بتحمل المسؤوليه وكيفية التعامل مع أبنائهم المضطربين نفسيا ، تشجيع الطلبه على تحمل مسؤولياتهم في احترام الأخرين والتعامل الإيجابي مع أساتذتهم . Depression is the most prevalent disease is a disorder that affects the way the way the thinking and the disposal, and I knew a long time ago for depression and attempts to understand and treat over the centuries which helped a lot of information about this disorder. Five factors model is great for the profile of the most important and most recent models which explain personality traits as well as being amide capable of classification Aneleasy language and his ability to credit the experimental results and a model of costa and McCrae 1992 and model Goldberg 1999 a formal by Goldberg over the years and which focuses on the fundamental Sid and divide them into five factors (admissibility, conscience with gentle, neuroticism, openness to experience). Current research aims to identify: depression in university students. Big five factors of personality of university students. Difference in depression according to the variable gender (male, female) and field of study (scientific – humanitarian) among university students. The differences in the five factors of personality in accordance the variable gender (male, female) and field of study (scientific - humanitarian) among university students. The relative contribution of depression in major five factors of personality of university students. The research community has included university students from both genders (male, female) and field of study (scientific – humanitarian), research sample consisted of (400) students in four faculties are (2) including scientific and (2) thereof, the research used the first two scale beck 1974 for depression and a measure five factors of personality hasp Goldberg 1999 model which includes five areas (admissibility, conscience, with gentle, neuroticism, openness to experience), and psychometric properties of the extracted scale and reached the following conclusions : there are significant differences in depression this indicates low level depression in university students. The order of the five factors of personality of university students (admissibility, openness to experience, conscience, with gentle neuroticism). The existence of statistically significant depression according to the variable gender (male-female) for the benefit of males and the difference statistically significant according to variable course (scientific - humanitarian) and the theme of in according human. A statistically significant difference in the big five factors of personality in accordance with the variable gender (male - female). And for the male, and a statistically significant difference in the variable field of study (scientific - humanitarian) in an admissibility and openness to experience and conscience, while the difference was statistically significant in for us of female a lunch in a gentle, no statistically significant difference in neuroticism factor. A positive correlation between depression and the big five factors of personality 0f university students. Recommendation: develop awareness of family responsibility and how to deal with children who have mental disorder. Developing the work of educational counselors in secondary schools and to allow them to deal with these cases. Encourage students to assume their responsibilities and how to deal with others, especially their follow students. (Published abstract)
