The present study aims at knowing the impact of Philips method on fifth scientific students' achievement in Arabic grammar and keeping it. The researcher used an experimental design. An achievement test that consists of (40) items was prepared by the researcher in the light of the material that supposed to be taught to students. The test was exposed to certain specialists in the methods of teaching Arabic. The researcher also prepared the teaching plans and exposing them to specialists. The researcher qualified between the two groups in the degrees of the students in the first semester, age of the students, and the pre-test. The researcher used the suitable statistical methods to reach the final results. The results clarify the superiority of the experimental group that study by Philips method over the control group who study by the ordinary method.in the light of the results obtained, the researcher sets a number of recommendations are suggestions to complete the study.
