هدف البحث إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة مديرة المدرسة لأدوارها المتعلقة بتهيئة البيئة الجاذبة في المدارس الحكومية المتوسطة بجدة من وجهة نظر المشرفات الإداريات. والكشف عن الاختلاف بين درجة ممارسة مديرات المدارس لأدوارهن في تهيئة البيئة المدرسية الجاذبة والتي تعزى لاختلاف (عدد سنوات الخبرة والتعليم الذي تتبع له المدرسة)، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي ، والوصفي المقارن ، قامت الباحثة باستخدام الاستبانة كأسلوب لجمع المعلومات، تم اختيار عينة البحث بأسلوب الحصر الشامل للمجتمع وبالتالي سيكون عدد أفراد العينة (133) مديرة مدرسة متوسطة حكومية بجدة و(31) مشرفه إدارية في إدارة التربية والتعليم بجدة. وقد استخدمت الباحثة في البحث مجموعة من الطرق (SPSS) الإحصائية، والمتوفرة في برنامج التحليل الإحصائي ومن أبرز النتائج التي توصلت إليها البحث: أن درجة ممارسة مديرة المدرسة لأدوارها المتعلقة بتهيئة البيئة الجاذبة في المدارس الحكومية المتوسطة بجدة  جاءت بدرجة (غالبا) من وجهة نظر المشرفات الإداريات، كما أن دور مديرة المدرسة في تهيئة البيئة الجاذبة في المرافق المدرسية جاء كأعلى استجابة بدرجة ممارسة "غالبا" ويليه محور الطالبات بدرجة ممارسة "غالبا" ثم محور المعلمات بدرجة ممارسة "أحيانا" وأخيرا محور أولياء الأمور والمجتمع المحلي كأقل استجابة بدرجة ممارسة "أحيانا". كما لا توجد فروق ذات دلاله إحصائية بين آراء عينة البحث من المشرفات الإداريات نحو درجة ممارسة مديرات المدارس لأدوارهن لتهيئة البيئة الجاذبة تعزى لاختلاف عدد سنوات الخبرة. كما أنه توجد فروق ذات دلاله إحصائية بين آراء عينة البحث من المشرفات الإداريات نحو درجة ممارسة مديرات المدارس لأدوارهن لتهيئة البيئة الجاذبة تعزى لاختلاف مكتب التربية والتعليم الذي تتبع له المدرسة لمحوري الطالبات والمعلمات لصالح مكتب جنوب شرق جدة. وفي ضوء تلك النتائج أوصت الباحثة بعدة توصيات من أهمها:.نشر مفهوم الشراكة مع أولياء الأمور والمجتمع المحلي في كافة المؤسسات التربوية من خلال الندوات والمحاضرات. إصدار وزارة التعليم لكتيب يحتوي على مفهوم البيئة الجاذبة ومقوماتها وأدوار مديرات المدارس والمعلمات وأولياء الأمور في تهيئتها. (الملخص المنشور)

This study aimed to identify degree of school principal roles related on creating attractive school environment in the medium government schools in Jeddah from the point of view administrator’s supervisors. And detecting the difference between the degree of school principals roles in creating an attractive school environment due to the different (the number of experience years and education office which school followed), to achieve this aim, the researcher used the descriptive and comparative method, the researcher using the questionnaire in the study to collect information, The researcher used Complete Census of community thus the number of sample would be (133) principals of medium government school in Jeddah and (31) administrative supervisors in the Department of Education in Jeddah The researcher used in the study variety of statistical ways (SPSS), and available in the statistical analysis program. The findings of this study show: Degree of principals’ roles practice for creating attractive environment in the medium government schools in Jeddah came degree (often) from the point of view supervisors’ administrators, school principal roles related on creating attractive school environment for the school facilities came in the highest response at practice degree "often” then Students axis at practice degree "often Then parameters axis at practice degree" sometimes. Finally, the parents and community axis as least response at practice degree "sometimes , Years of Experience are influential variable in degree of principals’ roles practice for creating attractive environment in the medium government schools in Jeddah from the point of view supervisors’ administrators, education office which school followed is influential variable school in degree of principals’ roles practice for creating attractive environment in the medium government schools in Jeddah from the point of view supervisors’ administrators, in fields of students and teachers in favor of Southeast Jeddah Office and is influential in a school facilities, and parents and the local community Fields. The study recommended that Dissemination of partnership concept with parents and the local community in all educational institutions through seminars and lectures. The Ministry of Education issued a booklet containing concept attractive environment and its components also the roles of school principals and teachers and parents in formatted. (Published abstract)
