This study is aimed at determining the educational and professional efficiencies needed by teachers of Islamic Education for the intermediate stage spotted in the comprehensive project for curriculum development in KSA. The researcher has followed the analytical descriptive method to achieve the study goals, the total of the study is covering all the Islamic Education Teachers 0f the intermediate stage at the office of education of Sabya Governorate, with a number of 120 teachers, as well as the Islamic Education Supervisors at the office of education of Sabya Governorate , with a number of 18 supervisors. The researcher has made a questionnaire to collect the data needed for this study consisting of 90 statements under 11 professional and educational field taking theoretical manner and previous studies in consideration, a committee of arbitrators has made sure of the method credibility, it was also made sure of it's stability in using the Alfa Kronbaj factor , it has got 0.89 which made it suitable for making the study. After data collecting ;the researcher has used the statistical program (SPSS) to analyze data by the intermediary calculations, standard diversions and the T-test. The study conclusion was as follows: The first pivot for the professional efficiencies got an average of(81.83%) by the estimating of the Islamic Education Teachers and supervisors, it is a ratio that shows a higher degree of importance in comparison to the standard criterion depended in this research in a range from 84.2% to 68.2%.As for the pivot of the educational efficiencies, it got an average of (81.83%) by the estimating of the Islamic Education teachers and supervisors, it is a ratio that shows a higher degree of importance in comparison to the standard criterion depended in this research in a range from 84.2% to 68.2%.
