The current study aimed to identify the reasons for the different names of the programs of preparing kindergarten teacher and study whether there are differences in the standards and objectives of preparing children's teacher between the various programs and to achieve the objectives of the current study. The questionnaire was developed and used, The study community included the members of the teaching staff specialized in the field of childhood and the principals and supervisors of primary and kindergarten in Rafha and Tarif Governorate, in addition to female teachers of early grades of basic education and kindergartens. The researchers recommended the necessity of review the programs of early childhood teacher-preparation and childhood studies to verify its ability of giving the necessary skills to the students, the teachers. The results confirmed that working in kindergartens is limited to female teachers, who are scientifically and educationally qualified to work at this stage, the necessity for holding training courses for unqualified female teachers due to their important role in childhood education, training educational supervisors to evaluate teachers based on their skills to encourage them to seek more knowledge, scientific additions, to use self-learning and continuous learning methods, also, the researchers recommended the participation of television and social media by broadcasting special programs to qualify kindergartens' teachers, in addition to review the current child education teacher-preparation programs to verify its ability of giving the students, teachers, the necessary basic skills. The study pointed out the necessity for referring to areas and skills list in planning new programs for kindergarten teacher-preparation, also, the necessity to consider the opinions of employers, teachers, and educational managements when developing teachers-preparation programs.
