This study aims at measuring “the degree of students’ parents’ appreciation of the services provided to their children in private schools in the southern governorates of Palestine, and the ways to develop it.” To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was used. The study population consisted of (2527) parents in private schools. The questionnaire was used to identify the opinions of a stratified random sample consisting of (315) parents with a percentage of 12% of the study population. The Statistical Package for Social Studies (SPSS) program was used to analyze the data collected. The most important findings of the study: 1) The average of the degree of approval of the proposed paragraphs in the questionnaire as a whole from the sample's point of view was (4.03) with a relative weight of (80.67%). This means that the degree of appreciation of parents of private school students in the southern governorates of Palestine for the service provided to their children is high from the point of view of the study sample. 2) There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) between the mean scores of the estimates of students’ parents in private schools for the service provided to their children attributable to the gender variable (male, female) in the total score and all fields. 3) There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) between the mean scores of the responses of the students’ parents in private schools to the service provided to their children attributable to the academic qualification variable in the fields of (administrative service, counseling and guidance service, and teaching services) while there are differences in the overall score and in the two fields (school activities, social relations) in favor of secondary school certificate holders or less. 4) The counseling and guidance service is the most available, according to the estimates of the students’ parents in private school, where the arithmetic mean was (4.12) and the relative weight was (82.30%). It is widely available from the viewpoint of the study sample. The study also showed that school activities are less available, according to the estimates of the students’ parents of private school, where the arithmetic average was (3.93) and the relative weight was (78.52%). It is widely available from the viewpoint of the study sample. The most important recommendations of the study: The researcher recommends that private schools to contribute to the promotion of students' athletic and artistic activities and take into account the individual needs of students. The study also recommends schools to develop a remedy plan to address the skills that need improvement among students, and to ensure the integration of students with special educational needs well. The researcher recommends schools to strengthen social relations between students. Finally, the researcher finds that a special importance should be given to using qualified external experts in the field of quality of services provided by private schools whenever the need arises.
