هدفت الدراسة إلى تحدید درجة إسهام الإدارة الالكترونیة فی تحسین الخدمات الأكادیمیة لبرامج الدراسات العلیا بكلیة التربیة بجامعة أم القرى ، واختبار الفرضیات الإحصائیة ودلالات الفروق بین إجابات عینة الدراسةتبعاً لمتغیرات (المرحلة-الجنس-التخصص) ، وقد اتَّبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفی التحلیلی بهدف الكشف عن دور الإدارة الالكترونیة لبرامج الدراسات العلیا فی تحسین الخدمات الأكادیمیة ، ولتحقیق أهداف الدراسة تمَّ بناء وتطویر استبانة  تكونت من (30) عبارة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات هی (القبول- الدراسة المنهجیة- الرسالة). وطُبِّقت الدراسة على عینة من طلاب وطالبات الدراسات العلیا ، وقد بلغت (196) طالبا وطالبة من مرحلتی الماجستیر والدكتوراه تم اختیارهم بطریقة العینة العشوائیة الطبقیة وذلك نظرا لتعدد التخصصات والمرحلة والجنسوتمَّ تحلیل البیانات من خلال البرنامج الإحصائی SPSS باستخدام المتوسطات الحسابیة والانحرافات المعیاریة لوصف درجات الإسهام، واختبار (T.TEST) وتحلیل التباین الأحادی لاختبار الفرضیات. وتوصَّلت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج، أهمها : اتَّضح أنَّ درجة إسهام الإدارة الالكترونیة فی تحسین الخدمات الأكادیمیة المتعلقة بالقبول بالدراسات العلیا بكلیة التربیة متوسطة حیث بلغ متوسط المجال (3،03). - اتَّضح أنَّ درجة إسهام الإدارة الالكترونیة فی تحسین الخدمات الأكادیمیة المتعلقة بالدراسة المنهجیة بالدراسات العلیا بكلیة التربیة متوسطة حیث بلغ متوسط المجال(2،9)  - اتَّضح أنَّ درجة إسهام الإدارة الالكترونیة فی تحسین الخدمات الأكادیمیة المتعلقة بالرسالة بالدراسات العلیا بكلیة التربیة متوسطة حیث بلغ متوسط المجال(2،7) - أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائیا بین متوسطات إجابات عینة الدراسة حول دور الإدارة الالكترونیة فی تحسین الخدمات الأكادیمیة لبرامج الدراسات العلیا بكلیة التربیة  بجامعة ام القرى تبعا لمتغیر (المرحلة) عند مستوى الدلالة ((a=0.05" وهذا یعنی رفض الفرضیة المتعلقة بمتغیر المرحلة -أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائیا بین متوسطات إجابات عینة الدراسة حول دور الإدارة الالكترونیة فی تحسین الخدمات الأكادیمیة لبرامج الدراسات العلیا بكلیة التربیة تبعا لمتغیر (الجنس) عند مستوى الدلالة ((a=0.05". وهذا یعنی رفض الفرضیة المتعلقة بمتغیر الجنس - أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائیا بین متوسطات إجابات عینة الدراسة حول دور الإدارة الالكترونیة فی تحسین الخدمات الأكادیمیة لبرامج الدراسات العلیا بكلیة التربیة تبعا لمتغیر (التخصص) عند مستوى الدلالة ((a=0.05". مما یعنی قبول فرضیة متغیر التخصص -وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تفعیل دور المنظومة الالكترونیة فی الخدمات الالكترونیة المتعلقة بالرسالة نظرا لأهمیتها ودورها فی انجاز البحث ، وعقد دورات تدریبیة لأعضاء هیئة التدریس على استخدام المنظومة الالكترونیة فی تقدیم الخدمات العلمیة للطلاب والطالبات ، وتصمیم دلیل تعریفی لطلاب وطالبات الدراسات العلیا بكیفیة التعامل مع المنظومة الالكترونیة منذ القبول وحتى انتهاء مراحل الدراسة، ودعم شطر الطالبات بالمساعدة الفنیة الكافیة للتعامل مع منظومة الدراسات العلیا. The study aimed to determine the degree of contribution of electronic administration in improving academic services for graduate programs at the Faculty of Education at of Umm Al-Qura University in improving academic services and test hypotheses and statistical in dications of differences between the responses of the study sample due to the variables (Phase -sex- specialization), The study followed the descriptive analytical method to detect the role of administration Electronic graduate programs in improving academic services, and to achieve the objectives of the study was to build and develop the questionnaire consisted of (30) Is spread over three areas (admission - the systematic study - message). The study was conducted on a sample of students and graduate students, has reached (196) students from the master's and doctoral degrees were selected random sample stratified due to the multiplicity of disciplines and stage and sex data were analyzed by SPSS statistical software using arithmetic averages and standard deviations to describe the degree of contribution, The test (T.TEST) and analysis of variance to test the hypotheses. The study found a number of results, including: 1) Turns out that the degree of contribution of electronic administration in improving academic services relating to acceptance of graduate studies at the Faculty of Education medium with an average area(3.03). 2) Turns out that the degree of contribution of electronic administration in improving academic services related to the study methodology, Faculty of Education graduate medium with an average area (2.9). 3) Turns out that the degree of contribution of electronic administration in improving academic services related to the letter, Faculty of Education graduate medium with an average area (2,7). 4) Results showed statistically significant differences between the mean Answers sample study on the role of e-government in improving academic services for graduate programs at the Faculty of Education at the University of Umm Al Qura depending on the variable (phase) at the level of a = 0.05 ", and this means rejecting the hypothesis concerning the variable phase. 5) Results showed statistically significant differences between the mean Answers sample study on the role of e-government in improving academic services for graduate programs at the Faculty of Education depending on the variable (sex) at the level ofa = 0.05 ". This means rejection of the hypothesis concerning the variable sex. 6. Results showed a lack of statistically significant differences between the mean Answers sample study on the role of e-government in improving academic services for graduate programs at the Faculty of Education depending on the variable (specialization) at the level of ((a = 0.05 "., Which means accepting the premise variable specialization. The study recommended the need to activate the role of the electronic system in the electronic services related to the letter because of its importance and its role in the completion of the search, and training sessions for faculty members to use the electronic system to provide scientific services for students, and design of an introductory guide for students and graduate students how to deal with the electronic system since the acceptance and until the end stages of the study, and support the female section of adequate technical assistance to deal with the system of Graduate Studies.
