استهدفت الدراسة بیان أوجه القصور فی جودة التعلیم الابتدائی الحكومی والتی تعیق التنمیة المستدامة بالمدینة المنورة،واعتمدت الدراسة الحالیة علي المنهج الوصفی المسحی ، واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لاستطلاع آراء المعلمین والمعلمات فی معوقات الجودة ،وتكونت عینة الدراسة من (440) معلماً ومعلمة بواقع (249) معلماً، (191) معلمة تم تطبیق الاستبانة علیهم بطریقة عشوائیة من (20) مدرسة للبنین، (20) مدرسة للبنات من مدارس التعلیم الإبتدائی الحكومیة بالمدینة المنورة.وقد توصلت الدراسة إلي العدید من النتائج كان أهمها : وجود معوقات لجودة التعلیم الإبتدائی تحول دون تحقیق التنمیة المستدامة بدرجة كبیرة هي : المنهج ،والمشاركة المجتمعیة ، والطالب، والاشراف التربوی - وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائیة عند مستوي ≤ 0.05 بین استجابات معلمی مدارس البنین واستجابات معلمات مدارس البنات فی: معوقات جودة التعلیم الإبتدائی التی تحول دون تحقیق التنمیة المستدامة لصالح معلمی مدارس البنین، وتتمثل هذه المعوقات فی : الإدارة المدرسیة ، والمعلم ، الإشراف التربوی - وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائیة عند مستوي 0.05 فی : المعوقات التی تحول دون تحقیق التنمیة المستدامة لعینة الدراسة حسب الخبرة ، وهی المرتبطة بالطالب ، وبالمنهج. The study aimed to describe the deficiencies in the quality of primary education that hamper the sustainable development of Medina, and adopted the study on descriptive survey and used the questionnaire as a tool to solicit the views of teachers in quality constraints, the sample of the study consisted of (440) teachers (249) male and (191) female applied questionnaire to randomize (20) school for boys (20) girls ' school from primary school in Medina and the study found many results were : There are some Impediments to quality primary education to achieving sustainable development by: curriculum, community participation, student and educational supervision. The existence of significant differences at the level of ≤ 0.05 between the responses of teachers of schools for boys and girls in schools teachers' responses: impediments to quality primary education to achieving sustainable development for teachers of schools for boys, these constraints are: school administration, teacher, educational supervision. The existence of significant differences at level 0.05: obstacles to achieving sustainable development for a sample study by experience, which is associated with the student and the curriculum.
