هدف هذا البحث إلي وضع تصور مقترح لبرنامج تعلیمی لتنمیة كفایات القیاس والتقویم لدي الطالبة / المعلمة تخصص اقتصاد منزلی, والكشف عن فاعلیة برنامج تعلیمی مقترح لتنمیة كفایات القیاس والتقویم لدي الطالبة / المعلمة تخصص اقتصاد منزلی. وتضمن البحث السؤال الرئیسی التالی: ما فاعلیة برنامج تعلیمی مقترح لتنمیة كفایات القیاس والتقویم لدي الطالبة/المعلمة تخصص اقتصاد منزلی بجامعة الملك عبد العزیز؟ وتفرع منه الأسئلة التالیة: 1) ما التصور المقترح لبرنامج تعلیمی لتنمیة كفایات القیاس والتقویم لدي الطالبة المعلمة تخصص اقتصاد منزلی بجامعة الملك عبد العزیز؟ 2) ما فاعلیة البرنامج التعلیمی المقترح فی تنمیة كفایات القیاس والتقویم لدي الطالبة المعلمة تخصص اقتصاد منزلی بجامعة الملك عبد العزیز؟ واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفی والمنهج شبه التجریبی, حیث شملت عینة البحث (6) طالبات بقسم الاقتصاد المنزلی التربوی المسجلات بمادة طرق تدریس اقتصاد منزلی (2) مقرر رقم (434HED) بكلیة الاقتصاد المنزلی جامعة الملك عبد العزیز. وطبقت علیهن أداة البحث المعدة من قبل الباحثة فی الفصل الدراسی الأول لعام 1431-1432هـ,والتی تمثلت فی الاختبار التحصیلی والذی هدف إلي قیاس الجانب المعرفی لأسالیب تقییم المتعلم لدي المتدربة, والذی اشتمل علي 30 سؤال (12) سؤال من نوع الاختیار من متعدد حیث تلی كل عبارة أربع اختیارات, و(13) سؤال من أسئلة التكمیل (ملء الفراغ), و(5) أسئلة من أسئلة المقال المقید. وتم التأكد من صدق الأداة بعرضها علي مجموعة من المتخصصات, وتم تحلیل البیانات باستخدام الأسالیب الإحصائیة اختبار(T),والتوصل إلي النتائج التالیة: 1-توصل البحث إلي التصور المقترح لبرنامج تعلیمی لتنمیة كفایات القیاس والتقویم لدي الطالبة/المعلمة تخصص اقتصاد منزلی.2-توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائیة عند مستوي (0.05) بین متوسطی درجات الطالبات / المعلمات فی الاختبار التحصیلی القبلی والبعدی لصالح التطبیق البعدی للاختبار . وفی ضوء النتائج أوصی البحث بما یلي: 1) عقد دورات تدریبیة لمعلمات الاقتصاد المنزلی أثناء الخدمة لتدریبهن علي أسالیب تقییم المتعلم. 2) الاهتمام بالجانب التطبیقی عند تدریس المقررات التربویة التی تتضمنها برامج إعداد معلمة الاقتصاد المنزلی؛ حتي تتمكن الطالبة / المعلمة من توظیف المعارف التی تحویها تلك المقررات أثناء تأدیتها لعملیة التدریس. The objective of this research is to conceptualize a proposal and detection for an educational program for the development of competencies of measurement and evaluation of the student / teacher specialization in Home Economy. The research includes the following main question: What the effectiveness of the educational program proposed for the development of competencies of measurement and evaluation of the student / teacher specialization Home Economics at King Abdul- Aziz University? Also, includes a sub-questions as follow:1-What is the perception of the proposed educational program for the development of competencies of measurement and evaluation of the student / teacher specialization Home Economics at King Abdul- Aziz University?2-What is the effectiveness of the proposed educational program efficiencies in the development of measurement and evaluation of the student / teacher specialization Home Economics at King Abdul- Aziz University?. This research has been used descriptive method and semi-experimental approach. The research sample included (6) Home Economics Educational students who registered in Method of Teaching the Home Economics (2) decision No. (434 HED) in Faculty of Home Economics, King Abdulaziz University. And applied on them a research tool developed by the researcher in the first semester for the year 1431-1432H, which was to: Achievement Test: which aim to measure the cognitive aspect of learner assessing methods in intern. Achievement Test included 30 questions (12) multiple choice questions where after each phrase four choices, and (13) multiple choice questions, and (5) questions article unrestricted. The veracity of the above devices have been confirmed by a range of specialists, data were analyzed using the methods of statistical test (T) and reached the following results: First: The research come to perception of the educational program for the development of competencies of measurement and evaluation of the student teacher specialization Home Economics. Second: There were significant differences at the level of( 0.05) between the mean scores of students / teachers in the pre and post achievement test, for the post test. The research has been provided many of the recommendations and proposals: There searcher commendations are: Holding training courses for teachers of home economics in-service to training the mon learner assessing methods. Take the attention to practical side when teaching of educational courses included in preparation programs of home economics teacher; so that the student / teacher can employ the courses knowledge during the teaching process .the research proposals are: Conducting an Evaluation study of the preparation of home economics teachers programs to discover their possession of efficiencies teaching in general and the efficiencies of measure ment and evaluation in particular. Conducting a study to identify the effectiveness of training sessions for in service teachers of home economics to provide them with methods for the learner assessing methods. (Published abstract)
