The study aimed at preparing a program for the development of prevocational rehabilitation skills in a sample of the mentally disabled and to identify its effectiveness, and study followed the experimental method to extrapolate the contents of many of the literature that dealt with prevocational rehabilitation for the mentally handicapped, and training programs for the mentally disabled who have the ability to learn to gain the pre-vocational rehabilitation training skills .There was also a prepared skills evaluation card of pre-vocational rehabilitation, and activities program for the pre-vocational rehabilitation skills. The study was applied to a sample of mentally disabled consisted of 25 students with mentally disabilities who have the ability to learn, studying in merge secondary schools (experimental group), 25 disabled students were mentally disabilities who have the ability to learn, studying in merge secondary schools (control group), Saudi Arabia, and the results showed statistically significant differences at the level of ((0.001 between the average degree of the experimental group and the average degree of the group on the dimensions of the relay (ordering and arrangement), structure games , matching, classification, and the use of tools, and professional habits , there is statistically significant differences at the level of (0.001) between the average degree of the experimental group before after and implementing of the program and the score average of the experimental group was in favor of the post dimensions of the relay (ordering and arrangement), and structure games matching , classification, use of tools, and professional habits, and the absence of statistically significant differences between scores of pre-professional skills in the experimental group between the measurement and dimensional measurement in favor of the post dimensions of the relay (ordering and arrangement), and structure games matching , classification, use of tools, and professional habits and the study concluded to activate the role of the training program to develop the skills of pre-vocational rehabilitation of the mentally disabled who are learning.
