هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور التدريب الميداني في تغيير اتجاهات طالبات الدبلوم التربوي- كلية التربية بجامعة بيشة- بالمملكة العربية السعودية نحو مهنة التدريس، وتم تنفيذها اعتماداً على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينتها من جميع طالبات الدبلوم التربوي بكلية التربية المشاركين في التطبيق الميداني للعام 1437-1438ه والبالغ عددهم (92) طالب وطالبة تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية، أداة الدراسة في الاستبانة، وأظهرت النتائج أن للتدريب الميداني دور إيجابي في تغيير اتجاهات الطلبة نحو مهنة التدريس وأنه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاهات أفراد العينة نحو مهنة التدريس لصالح الإناث، وكذلك توجد فروقزى لمتغير المعدل التراكمي لصالح المعدل الأعلى. The objective of this study was to find out the role of field training in changing the attitudes of the students of the educational diploma in the Faculty of Education at the University of Bisha in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia toward the profession of teaching and it was implemented according to the analytical descriptive method. The sample was composed by all the students of the educational diploma in the Faculty of Education, The results showed that field training has a positive role in changing the attitudes of students toward teaching profession and that there are significant differences in the number of students in the field. The attitudes of the sample towards the profession of teaching in favor of females, as well as differences due to the variable of the cumulative rate in favor of the higher rate. (Published abstract)
