هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بناء تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور كليات التربية بجامعة تعز في تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى الطلبة، والتعرف على واقع دور كل من (عضو هيئة التدريس، والمقررات الدراسية، والأنشطة الطلابية، وإدارة الكلية) في تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى أفراد عينة البحث، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، مستخدمة أداة الاستبانة التي تم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية بسيطة من طلبة المستوى الرابع في كليات التربية بـ (الحبيل، والتربة، والمخلاف) التابعة لجامعة تعز، كما اعتمدت الدراسة أداة المقابلة مع (9) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في تلك الكليات، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن واقع دور كليات التربية بجامعة تعز في تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى الطلبة كان ضعيفاً، وجاء بدرجة موافقة (قليلة) على الأداة ككل، أما بالنسبة لمجالات الأداة فقد حصل مجال عضو هيئة التدريس على الترتيب الأول وبدرجة متوسطة، يليه مجال المقررات الدراسية، وبدرجة متوسطة، بينما حصل مجال إدارة الكلية على الدرجة قليلة وجاء دور الأنشطة الطلابية في المرتبة الأخيرة وبدرجة قليلة أيضاً، وقد تم الخروج بتصور مقترح لتفعيل دور كليات التربية بجامعة تعز في تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى الطلبة، وأوصت الدراسة بتحويل التصور المقترح إلى آلية عمل يقوم المسئولون عن التعليم العالي وأصحاب القرار في الجامعة والكلية بتنفيذها. This study aimed to prepare a proposed vision to activate the role of the faculties of education at Taiz University to developing the values of citizenship among the students, to identify the reality of the role of (faculty members, courses, student activities and colleges managements) to developing the values of citizenship among the students. The descriptive methodology of this study was used the questionnaire method that was applied to a simple random sample of the fourth level students in the three education colleges (Al-Habeil, Al-Turbah and Al-Mekhlaf) of Taiz University. The study also relied on the interview method with (9) faculty members of those colleges. The result of the study shows the reality of the role of education colleges at Taiz University to developing the values of citizenship which students gotita (weak) level. The questionnaire was obtained shows a medium degree for the faculty members at the first level, then in the second level the courses got a medium degree, while the role of colleges managements got a weak degree in third level and the role of students activities comes at last rank. The output of the study "prepare a proposal conception and vision to activate the role of the education colleges at Taiz University" to developing the values of citizenship among the students. The study recommended transforming the proposed vision for Implementation activities. (Published abstract)
