هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع تقديم الخدمات المساندة لذوي الإعاقة بجامعة القصيم والتي تشتمل على الخدمات الأكاديمية والخدمات الإدارية وخدمات الوصول الشامل في الأبنية والمنشآت الهندسية. وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في جمع المعلومات عن مشكلة الدراسة، وذلك لملائمته لطبيعة وأهداف الدراسة، وتكوّنت عينة الدراسة من (70) طالباً وطالبة من ذوي الإعاقة من الدراسين بجامعة القصيم. وقد أظهرت أبرز نتائج الدراسة أن هناك تفاوتاً في درجة موافقة أفراد عينة الدراسة على واقع تقديم الخدمات المساندة الأكاديميَّة للطلاب والطالبات من ذوي الإعاقة بجامعة القصيم، في حين أظهر المستجيبون موافقة بدرجة متوسطة على أن المقررات الجامعية في معظم الأحيان غير مناسبة لقدرات ذوي الإعاقة، وضعف الإرشاد الطلابي النفسي بحقوق ذوي الإعاقة في التواصل الفعال مع الأساتذة والزملاء، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الاختبارات غير متناسبة مع قدرات ذوي الإعاقة فيما يرتبط بالوقت والجهد والطريقة المقدم بها الاختبار. وأوضحت النتائج أيضاً عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة الإحصائية (0.05) فأقل، في إجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول واقع تقديم الخدمات المساندة الأكاديمية والإدارية للطلاب والطالبات من ذوي الإعاقة بجامعة القصيم باختلاف متغير "الجنس"، كما يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة الإحصائية (0.01) فأقل، في إجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول واقع تقديم الخدمات المساندة للأبنية والمنشآت الهندسية للطلاب والطالبات من ذوي الإعاقة بجامعة القصيم باختلاف متغير "الجنس"، لصالح الذكور، وهذا يدل على أن الطلاب أكثر موافقة على الأبنية والمنشآت الهندسية من الإناث. The research aims to identify the reality of the providing support services for the students with disabilities at Qassim University through the following aspects (academic- administrative - buildings and engineering facilities). The researcher has used descriptive and analytic methodology as he compiles data about the problem of the study, to suit the nature and objectives of the study, which endeavors to know the reality of providing support services to the disabled at Qassim University. The research has been conducted on 70 disabled students at Qassim University. The Research has come to following results: The disabled students have agreed that the services provided for them is in a medium level (in terms of academic, administrative and building facilities). They also agreed that the academic curriculum taught in Qassim University in sometimes may not be compatible with their abilities. The lack of student's psychological awareness about the rights of their disabled colleagues, and how they communicate with teachers and other students. Furthermore, exams are not suitable for their abilities in terms of time, effort and examinations way. In addition, the lack of the working by disability-related rules and regulations inside the university. There is cooperation and mutual respect between the university staff and the disabled students. Sloppy lanes for wheelchairs are available in University.The disabled student's answers have shown that there are no differences in statistical significance at the significance level of 0.05 and below when they answered questions about administrative and academic services provided for disabled students of both genders in Qassim University. And there are differences in statistical significance at the significance level of 0.01 and below, when they answered questions about services provided in the buildings and facilities for disabled students in both genders, where disabled-male students stated more satisfaction than their fellow females.
