The study aims to measure the effectiveness of a proposed mobile learning environment in developing the awareness of digital citizenship elements and being in harmony with them among female students at Taibah University. The study employed quasi-experimental design on a sample consisting of (72) female students from the college of arts and humanities. The researchers constructed a scale to achieve the study objective. The study results showed statistically significant differences in the post measurement between the mean of the experimental and control groups in the extent of awareness of digital citizenship elements, inclining to the experimental group. Meanwhile there were no statistically significant differences in the post measurement between the mean of the experimental group and control one in being in harmony with digital citizenship elements. Results of the study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in both pre and post measurements in the mean of the experimental group in the extent of awareness of digital citizenship elements. There were also statistically significant differences in the pre and post measurements in the mean of the experimental group in being in harmony with those elements, inclining the post measurement.
