هدفت هذه القراءة بشكل أساس إلى بلورة أفكار نظرية تطبيقية لتحليل جوانب ضغط العمل الإداري في نطاق منظومة العمل الأكاديمي، نورد فيها بعض الآراء النظرية والحلول العلاجية والعملية المناسبة للحد من الآثار السلبية لهذه الظاهرة الخطيرة على سير العملية التعليمية، من خلال البحث عن دوافع المشكلة والأسباب الكامنة وراء وجودها، واستخلاص الحلول المناسبة بشأنها، النظرية منها والعملية، لإيجاد نوعاً من التوازن والتجانس في هذه المجالات الدقيقة والحساسة، بما يساعد بالمحصلة النهائية في زيادة كفاءة وفعالية قطاع التعليم العالي في البلدان العربية. The present study mainly aimed at establishing a theoretical, practical, that analyses the aspects of the administrative work pressure in the range of the Academic Work System. In this study, we state some viewpoints and proper treatment solutions in order to delimit the negative impacts of this serious phenomenon on the educational process. In order to do this, we shall investigate the motives of the problem, the potential causes, and the proper treatment solutions, including the theoretical and practical sides, for the purposes of establishing some kind of balance and harmony at these delicate and sensitive areas. By this, the efficiency and effectiveness of the academic work system at the higher education institutions can be raised and sustained in Arab countries. (Published abstract)
