هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر استخدام إستراتيجية (K-W-L-H) في تنمية التحصيل المعرفي ومهارات التفكير التأملي لدى طلاب الصف الثامن الأساسي بغزة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحثان بتصميم اختبار تحصيلي واختبار مهارات التفكير التأملي، واتبع الباحثان المنهج شبه التجريبي من خلال اختيار مجموعتين إحداهما ضابطة والأخرى تجريبية، وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في اختبار مهارات التفكير التأملي والاختبار التحصيلي، وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات طلاب المجموعة الضابطة ومتوسط درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية في اختبار التحصيل البعدي لصالح طلاب المجموعة التجريبية الذين درسوا وحدة الهندسة والقياس باستخدام إستراتيجية (K-W-L-H)، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات طلاب المجموعة الضابطة ومتوسط درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية في اختبار مهارات التفكير التأملي البعدي لصالح طلاب المجموعة التجريبية, كما تبين أن إستراتيجية (K-W-L-H) لها أثر كبير في تنمية التحصيل لدى طلاب الصف الثامن. وبينت النتائج وجود علاقة طردية موجبة بين التحصيل الدراسي ومهارات التفكير التأملي. This study aims at knowing the impact of employing (K-W-L-H) strategy in developing the cognitive achievement and the reflective thinking skills of the eighth grade students in Gaza. To achieve the study aims, the two researchers have designed an achievement test and a reflective thinking skills test. The researchers have applied the semi-experimental method through picking two groups-one is standard and the other is experimental. The study tools have been represented in the achievement test and the reflective thinking skills test .The results have shown that there are differences with a statistical evidence between the average grades of the standard group and the average grades of the experimental group in the post-achievement test in favor of the students of experimental group who have learned the unit of geometry and measurement using (K-W-L-H) strategy. The results have also shown that there are differences with a statistical evidence between the average grades of the standard group and the average grades of the experimental group in the post-reflective thinking skills test in favor of the experimental group .Moreover, the results have shown that (K-W-L-H) strategy has a great impact on developing achievement of the eighth grade students. The results have shown that there is a positive direct relationship between achievement and reflective thinking skills. (Published abstract)
