هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مستوى الاغتراب النفسي ودافعية الانجاز لدى المعلمين الوافدين والمعلمات الوافدات بمدارس محافظة ظفار بسلطنة عمان، والتعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين الاغتراب النفسي ودافعية الإنجاز لديهم. تمثلت عينة الدراسة في (238) معلما وافدا ومعلمة وافدة من العاملين بمدارس محافظة ظفار بسلطنة عمان تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية. تم استخدام مقياس الاغتراب النفسي ومقياس دافعية الانجاز للمعلمين من إعداد الباحثين إلكترونيا من خلال Google Forms. وقد تم معالجة البيانات إحصائيا باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية في العلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS). وقد بينت النتائج أن مستوى الاغتراب النفسي لدى المعلمين الوافدين والمعلمات الوافدات جاء بدرجة عالية، بينما جاءت دافعية الانجاز بدرجة متوسطة. كما وجدت فروق دالة إحصائيا بين المعلمين الوافدين والمعلمات الوافدات عند مستوى (0.01) في الاغتراب النفسي لصالح المعلمات الوافدات، وفي دافعية الانجاز لصالح المعلمين الوافدين. كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.01) بين الاغتراب النفسي ودافعية الانجاز. The present study aimed at identifying the level of psychological alienation and motivation of achievement among the incoming teachers in the schools of Dhofar governorate in the Sultanate of Oman a well as to explore the correlation relationship between psychological alienation and motivation of achievement. The sample of the study consisted of (238) expatriated teachers from Al-Dhofar governorate in Oman who were selected randomly. The psychological alienation scale and the motivation of achievement scale for teachers were used by researchers and were conducted electronically by Google forms. The data were processed statistically using the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS). The results showed that the level of psychological alienation among male and female incoming teachers was high but the level of motivation of achievement was moderate. There were statistically significant differences between the male incoming teachers and the female incoming teachers at the level of (0.01) in the psychological alienation in favor of the male. As for the motivation of achievement, it was in favor of the female teachers. The results also indicated that there was a negative correlation relationship between the psychological alienation and the motivation of achievement at the level of (0.01). (Published abstract)
