تحددت مشكلة البحث الحالي في وجود تدني في المستوي المعرفي والأدائي لدى طلاب الفرقة الرابعة شعبة نظم المعلومات الإدارية بمعهد النيل العالي للعلوم التجارية وتكنولوجيا الحاسب بالمنصورة في مهارات تشغيل واستخدام شبكات الحاسب، وتبين ذلك من خلال الدراسة الاستكشافية التي طبقت على الطلاب للكشف عن مستواهم المعرفي في مهارات تشغيل واستخدام شبكات الكمبيوتر.ولقد هدف البحث إلى تصميم معمل شبكات افتراضي ثلاثي الأبعاد لتنمية مجموعة من مهارات تشغيل واستخدام شبكات الحاسب لدى عينة الدراسة، وهذا المعمل ثلاثي الأبعاد قائم على الحياة الثانية SL- Second Life، في ضوء معايير التصميم المقترحة لبيئة المعمل الافتراضي ثلاثي الأبعاد والتي تحددت في (19 معياراً، 242 مؤشرا)، وتم تصميم المعمل الافتراضي ثلاثي الأبعاد في ضوء نموذج التصميم التعليمي المطور المعتمد على نموذج محمد الدسوقي للتصميم التعليمي للتعلم المنتشر، وقد تحددت قائمة مهارات تشغيل واستخدام شبكات الحاسب في (28 مهارة رئيسية، 263 إجراء فرعي)، واقتصرت عينة البحث الحالي على (40 طالبا وطالبة) من طلاب الفرقة الرابعة شعبة نظم المعلومات الإدارية، واعتمد على التصميم التجريبي ذو المجموعتين أحدهما تجريبية والأخرى ضابطة، وطبقت أداتا القياس (الاختبار التحصيلي، بطاقة الملاحظة) قبليا على المجموعتين، ثم خضعت المجموعة التجريبية للتعلم باستخدام المعمل الافتراضي ثلاثي الأبعاد المقترح، بينما خضعت المجموعة الضابطة للتعلم باستخدام معمل الشبكات المتوفر بالأكاديمية، ثم طبقت أدوات القياس (الاختبار التحصيلي، بطاقة الملاحظة، بطاقة تقييم المنتج) بعديا علي المجموعتين، ثم إجراء المعالجة الإحصائية لنتائج أدوات القياس باستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي SPSS v 23.0، ثم تم تفسير النتائج والإجابة علي تساؤلات البحث والتأكد من صحة فروض البحث والتي أثبتت ما يلي: 1) يوجد فرق دال احصائياً عند مستوى دلالة (≤ 05,0) بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة في التطبيق البعدي للاختبار التحصيلي لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. 2) يوجد فرق دال احصائياً عند مستوى دلالة (≤ 0.05) بين متوسطي رتب درجات التطبيق القبلي والبعدي للمجموعة التجريبية في الاختبار التحصيلي لصالح التطبيق البعدي. 3) يوجد فرق دال احصائياً عند مستوى دلالة (≤ 0.05) بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة في التطبيق البعدي لبطاقة الملاحظة لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. 4) يوجد فرق دال احصائياً عند مستوى دلالة (≤ 0.05) بين متوسطي رتب درجات التطبيق القبلي والبعدي للمجموعة التجريبية في بطاقة الملاحظة لصالح التطبيق البعدي. 5) يوجد فرق دال احصائياً عند مستوى دلالة (≤ 0.05) بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة في التطبيق البعدي لبطاقة تقييم المنتج لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. The current research problem was identified in the presence of a decline in the knowledge and performance level of the fourth Grad students of the Administrative Information Systems at the Higher Nile Institute for Commercial Sciences and Computer Technology in Mansoura in the skills of operating and using computer networks, and this was shown through the exploratory study that was applied to students to show their knowledge level towards the skills Operation and use of computer networks. The research aimed to design virtual networking lab in a three-dimensional to develop a set of skills for operating and using computer networks in the study sample, and this three-dimensional lab is based on the second life SL, in light of the proposed design criteria for the three-dimensional virtual lab environment, which were identified in (19 standards, 242 indicators) And the three-dimensional virtual lab was designed in the light of the developed educational design model based on the Mohamed Desouky model for educational design for widespread learning. The list of skills for operating and using computer networks has been identified in (28 main skills, 263 sub-procedures), and the current research sample was limited to J (40 male and female students) from the fourth year students of the Division of Administrative Information Systems, and relied on the experimental design with two groups, one is experimental and the other is control, and the two measurement tools (achievement test and note card) were applied previously to the two groups, then the experimental group was subjected to learning using the three-dimensional virtual lab The proposal, while the control group underwent learning using the network lab available at the Academy, then applied the measurement tools (achievement test, note card, product evaluation card) on the two dimensions, and then performed the statistical treatment of the results of the measurement tools using statistical analysis SPSS v 23.0, then interpret and answer questions on the results of research and ensure the validity of hypotheses which proved the following: 1) There are statistically significant differences at the level (≤ 0.05) between the mean scores for the experimental group and the control group in the post-application of the achievement test in favor of the experimental group. 2) There are statistically significant differences at the level (≤ 0.05) between the mean levels of the pre and post application scores for the experimental group in the achievement test in favor of the post application. 3) There are statistically significant differences at the level (≤ 0.05) between the mean scores for the experimental group and the control group in the post application of the observation card in favor of the experimental group. 4) There are statistically significant differences at the level (≤0.05) between the mean levels of the pre and post application grades for the experimental group in the observation card in favor of the post application. 5) There is a statistically significant difference at the level (≤0.05) between the mean scores for the experimental group and the control group in the post application of the product evaluation card in favor of the experimental group.
