هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن مستوى الفاعلية الذاتية لدى معلمي اللغة العربية للمرحلة الثانوية في الأردن وعلاقتها بالقدرة على حل المشكلات الطلابية، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وقد أجريت الدراسة على جميع معلمي ومعلمات اللغة العربية في المدارس التابعة لمديرية تربية الزرقاء الأولى والبالغ عددهم (150)، خلال العام الدراسي (2017-2018 م) استجاب منهم (133) معلماً ومعلمة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إعداد مقياس الفاعلية الذاتية ومقياس القدرة على حل المشكلات الطلابية، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى الفاعلية الذاتية لدى معلمي اللغة العربية يقع ضمن المستوى المرتفع، وأن مستوى القدرة على حل المشكلات الطلابية بشكل عام لدى معلمي اللغة العربية يقع ضمن المستوى المتوسط، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية طرديّة بين الفاعلية الذاتية، وبين القدرة على حل المشكلات الطلابية. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تدريب معلمي اللغة العربية للمرحلة الثانوية على كيفية توظيف أسلوب البحث الإجرائي كأسلوب علمي في معالجة مشكلات الطلاب النفسية والسلوكية. This study aims at disclosing the level of self-efficiency of Arabic language teachers in secondary level in Jordan and its relation with the ability to solve the students’ problems. The study uses a descriptive correlation approach applied to all Arabic language teachers (M&F) at the schools in Directorate of Education of the first Zarqa, totaling (150), during the academic year (2017-2018), (133) of them have responded. To achieve the study objectives, measures of self-efficiency and ability to solving the students’ problems are prepared. The study results show that the level of self-efficiency of Arabic language teachers is within the high level, and the level of ability to solving the students’ problems of Arabic language teachers is within the middle level. The results also show a positive correlation between self-efficacy and the ability to solve students’ problems. The study recommends the necessity to train the Arabic language teachers for the secondary level on how to use acting research as a scientific method in the treatment of students' psychological and behavioral problems.
