هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة الدافعية لدى المعلمين العاملين في وزارة التربية والتعليم. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة من (19482) من المعلمين الذكور والإناث، بينما وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (407) معلم ومعلمة من خلال أخذ عينة عشوائية منهم. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة الدافعية لدى المعلمين العاملين في وزارة التربية والتعليم جاءت متوسطة، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة الدافعية لدى المعلمين العاملين في وزارة التربية والتعليم تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس، والخبرة، والمؤهل العلمي)، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تصميم خطط منهجية ودقيقة لتقليل العبء التدريسي على المعلم وذلك من خلال زيادة عدد المعلمين والإداريين. The study aims at identifying the degree of motivation among teachers working for the Ministry of Education. The study uses a descriptive, analytical method. The study population consists of (19482) teachers (male and female), while the sample consists of (407) teachers (male and female) by taking a random sample. The results of the study reveal that the degree of motivation among teachers working at the Ministry of Education is medium, and that there are no statistically significant differences in the degree of motivation among teachers working at the Ministry of Education due to (Gender, experience, and qualifications). The study recommends the necessity of designing systematic and accurate plans to reduce the teaching burden and to increase the numbers of teachers and administrative. (Published abstract)
