هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الحصيلة المعرفية لقانون كرة اليد لدى طلبة كلية علوم الرياضة في جامعة مؤتة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (381) طالبًا وطالبة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العمدية ممن أتموا مساق كرة اليد متقدم للعام الدراسي 2015-2016 م، وتم استخدام الاختبار أداة لجمع البيانات، وتم استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية الآتية: المتوسطات الحسابية، معامل ارتباط بيرسون، التكرارات والنسب المئوية، اختبار (T) للمجموعات المستقلة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الحصيلة المعرفية للقانون الدولي لرياضة كرة اليد لدى طلبة كلية علوم الرياضة في جامعة مؤتة ضعيف، وأوصت الدراسة العمل على تقييم منهاج كرة اليد من قبل مدرسي المادة بحيث يعملوا على زيادة النسبة المقررة من المحاضرات المخصصة لقانون اللعبة. This study aims at identifying the cognitive outcome of handball rules among the students of the faculty of sports sciences at Mu'tah University. The study sample consists of 381 male and female students who have been intentionally chosen and who have completed the course of advanced handball for the academic year 2015-2016. The test is used as a tool for data collection. The researcher uses the following statistical methods: the means، Pearson correlation coefficient، frequencies and percentages and t-test for independent groups. The results show that the level of cognitive outcome of handball law among the students of the faculty of sports sciences at Mu'tah University is low. The study recommends the necessity of evaluating the handball curriculum by the teachers of the course in order to increase the specified ratio of lectures that are devoted to the game law.
