تعتبر هذه الدراسة من البحوث الوصفية التى تهدف إلى جمع المعلومات والملاحظات وتعتمد الدراسة على منهج المسح Survey method وسواء فيما يتعلق بتحديد الصورة وتحليلها ومسح الجمهور من الإدارة العليا القائم بالإتصال للتعرف على آليات إدارته لصورة الجامعة. وطبقت الدراسة على الجامعات التالية (جامعة الأزهر - جامعة القاهرة - جامعة عين شمس ) على عدد 450 مفرده من الوافدين فى الجامعات المصرية مجتمع الدراسة بواقع 150 مفرده من الطلاب الوافدين بكل جامعة. وتمثلت عينة الدراسة من القائمين بالإتصال بوحدات وإدارات الإتصال الخارجى والتمثيل الثقافى التابعة لكل جامعة وهم (الإداريين فى إدارات العلاقات العامة والوافدين وشؤون الطلاب وشؤون الدراسات العليا) بعدد 100 مفردة من خلال استمارة استبيان. وتمثلتعينة الدراسة من الإدارة العليا فى مديري الإدارات السابق ذكرها عن طريق المقابلة المتعمقة. واستخدم الباحث الإستبيان والمقابلة المتعمقة كأدوات لجمع البيانات. وتوصلت الدراسة إلي العديد من النتائج أهمها :1) الوسيلة التى شكلت الصورة الذهنية لعينة الدراسة قبل المجئ إلى مصر هى الصورة التى يقدمها التليفزيون عن الجامعات المصرية و كانت أهم عناصر الجذب للتعليم الجامعى فى مصر عند الوافد "جودة التعليم". 2) أشارت نتائج وجهة نظر الوافدين للتعليم فى مصر أنهم يشعرون بالفخر للحصول على مؤهلهم من إحدى الجامعات المصرية. 3) أظهرت النتائج إلى التعامل بود وترحيب مع عينة الدراسة من جانب أعضاء هيئة التدريس. This study is a case study, which aims to collect information and observations. The study is based on the survey method, both in terms of image identification, analysis, and public survey from the senior management in contact with the management strategies of the university image. The study population is represented in the Egyptian universities. The sample identified by the researcher is one of the non-potential samples. The study is applied to the following universities (Al-Azhar University - Cairo University - Ain Shams University). The study is applied to the number of 450 expatriates in the Egyptian universities. The study population is 150 students from each university. The sample of the study consists of those who contact the external communication and cultural representation units of each university. They are the administrators in the public relations departments, the expatriates, the students affairs and the postgraduate studies, with a number of 100 individuals through a questionnaire distributed among the three universities. The sample of the study is the senior management in the directors of the departments mentioned through the in-depth interview. The researcher used the questionnaire and in-depth interview as data collection tools. The study results: 1) The method that formed the mental image of the study sample before coming to Egypt is the picture provided by the TV about the Egyptian universities. 2) The main elements of attracting the study sample for university education in Egypt is “quality of education”. 3) The mental image formed by the arrivals towards the Egyptian universities was formed through what the sample of the study heard about the universities in Egypt before coming. 4) The results of the vision of expatriates of education in Egypt indicated that they are proud to receive your qualification from an Egyptian university. 5) The results showed to the iPod handle and welcome with the study sample by the faculty.
