تهدف الدراسة إلى الوقوف على متطلبات تفعيل دور وحدات تيسير الانتقال لسوق العمل بمدارس التعليم الثانوي الصناعي في ضوء الاتجاهات العالمية المعاصرة من خلال: التعرف على طبيعة التعليم الثانوي الصناعي وأهم مداخل ربطه بسوق العمل في محافظات (كفر الشيخ - اسوان - الغربية). تبرز أهمية الدراسة من خلال مشكله الدراسة التي توقفت على عدة أسئلة: 1) ما طبيعة التعليم الثانوي بجمهورية مصر العربية؟ وما أهم مداخل ربطه بسوق العمل؟ 2) ما الإطار المفاهيمي لوحدات تيسير الانتقال لسوق العمل؟ 3) ما أبرز التوجهات العالمية لوحدات تيسير الانتقال لسوق العمل؟ 4) ما واقع دور وحدات تيسير الانتقال في تلبية متطلبات سوق العمل؟ 5) ما التصور المقترح لتفعيل دور وحدات تيسير الانتقال لسوق العمل بمدارس التعليم الصناعي في ضوء التوجهات العالمية المعاصرة؟ تستخدم الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وأداة الرسالة الاستبانة. وجاءت أهم النتائج كما يلي: تحرص وحدات تيسير الانتقال إلى سوق العمل على الانتشار في جميع المدارس، تهتم بتوعية الطلاب بأهمية العمل الحر وريادة الأعمال، يعمل القائمين على الوحدات باستحداث مكونات جديدة تواكب سوق العمل، تعمل على تأهيل الطلاب للعمل بمهارة داخل المصانع، تحرص وحدات التيسير على توعية الطلاب داخل المدارس بأهمية الوحدات، تدريب الطلاب على القيادة وريادة الاعمال، توجد خطة لتدريب الميسرين من خلال الجهات المانحة، يحرص مسئولو المديريات على تذليل العقبات أمام الميسرين بالمدارس. The study aims at identifying the requirements of activating the role of facilitating the transition of labor market units in the industrial secondary education schools in the light of contemporary international trends through: Identifying the nature of industrial secondary education and the most important approaches to linking it to the labor market in the governorates (Kafr El-Sheikh - Aswan - Gharbia). The importance of the study is highlighted by the problem of the study which has been interrupted by several questions: 1) What is the nature of secondary education in the Arab Republic of Egypt? What are the most important approaches to linking it to the labor market? 2) What is the conceptual framework for labor market transition facilitation units? 3) What are the main global trends of labor market facilitation units? 4) What is the role of transition facilitation units in meeting the requirements of the labor market? 5) What is the proposed vision to activate the role of facilitation units to move to the labor market in industrial education schools in the light of contemporary global trends? The study uses the descriptive method and the questionnaire letter tool. The most important results were as follows: The units facilitating the transition to the labor market are keen to spread in all schools, concerned with raising students’ awareness of the importance of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship, the units are working to develop new components to keep pace with the labor market, working to prepare students to work skillfully in factories, Facilitating the awareness of students within schools about the importance of units, training students in leadership and entrepreneurship. There is a plan to train facilitators through donors. District officials are keen to overcome obstacles for school facilitators. (Author’s abstract)
