This study came to detect the effectiveness of inputs of the educational process in the Dar-wa’ada region in the republic of chad, simply because this area was famous of advanced knowledge during the time of sultans, And by then it was known as Al-azhar alswagir characterized by excelled scholars in religious education and Arabic language, It was also known as the direction of some African countries in teaching Arabic Language, But the level of education in this region has declined and retreated due to disable awakening scientific in the region as well as the reduced significance of scholars and their role in the performance of their duties in the field of education, due to colonizers’ trends of rejecting the spread of Islamic religious education and Arabic language in the region and the extension of the French approach in Chad schools, at the same time using traditional authorities in the implementation of the purposes and aims of the colonizer, hence making educated class to maintain the loyalty even after independence, which affected the curriculum of Arabic schools in the dimension of the Chadian environment. Therefore, the researcher prepared this study to determine the role of the inputs of the educational process in the spread of Arabic teaching in Dal-wa-ade republic of Chad. To find out this role, the researcher used the descriptive method to describe the state of education in the pre-colonial period and under colonialism and after independence to show what happened from the educational matters of the educational process in those periods. To gather the information that allows the researcher to reach realistic results, the researcher used the questionnaires, and has been distributing the questionnaires to teachers and children in intermediate schools in five educational institutions in the city of Abeche, namely: Ummu- Saouko Institute, bustan al-arfiina institute, Edadiya al-sa’adat, Sheikh Tahnoon school. The questionnaire has been accompanied by other questionnaire, containing questions for interviews. The researcher analyzed the data in the questionnaire using percentages to know the outcomes and appropriate results from these questionnaires and through the questionnaire data analysis the researcher got real evidences on the approach which is used in the intermediate Arabic high schools in the republic of Chad , and the most important results are: 1) There is no derived approach in the Chadian environment, which has caused poor grades among pupils. 2) Lack of content that carries with it directions, wishes and aspirations of the Chad community which reduced its role in the spreading of Arabic education in the region. 3) Lack of abundant modern teaching aids which has led to ineffectiveness in the spread of Arabic education in the region, 4) Weak evaluation process has led to the poor results of the educational process in the region. 5) Inadequate training courses for teachers in intermediate schools. 6) The entrance of scientific materials in Western schools and recognition of bilingualism helped in the development of teaching Arabic in the region. 7) Qura’an memorization centers (Khalawi), mosques and Quranic seminars as educational institutions played an important role in the dissemination of teaching Arabic in the region. 8) Scholars and sheikhs have also played an important role in the spread of Arabic education in the region. 9) The currently applied curriculum in the Arabic schools is regarded as pen headers without content, which is due to the non-participation of education experts in its preparation, and thus the role became weak in improving the educational process in the region, unlike the old curriculum, which played a prominent role in the dissemination of Arabic education. Based on these results, these are recommendations that requires to raise the effectiveness of inputs and revitalization in the Chad educational arena, mainly: - The researcher recommends the development of the national curriculum derived from the Chadian environment sponsoring the application of bilingualism starting from primary, to provide Arabic schools with modern teaching aids and print out books acting as study guides which are to be distributed to the students free of charge, to work on the establishment of educational training courses for teachers, reconsider the Qura’an memorization center programs (Khalawi). These recommendations are accompanied by proposals through which the researcher gets it as a future vision for the educational process generally in the Chadian arena and most especially in Da’al-wa’adi region, if much emphasis is got from the responsible authorities of the educational process on these recommendations.
