The study aimed to investigate the problems facing the teaching of physical education from the point of view of students and physical education teachers in the schools of the capital Amman. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive method was used. The questionnaire consisted of 57 items divided into five areas: school administration. The study sample consisted of (384) students and (170) teachers and teachers in the directorates of education (Wadi Sir, Naour, Sahab) in Jordan. The results indicated that the problems facing the teaching of physical education from the point of view of students in the schools of the capital Amman were medium, and there were significant differences at the level of (α = 0.05) in the problems facing the teaching of physical education due to the gender variable For the female, for the change of the supervisory authority and for the government sector. The results indicated that the problems facing the teaching of physical education from the point of view of the teachers of physical education in the schools of the capital Amman were medium, and there were differences of statistical significance at the level of significance (α = 0.05) attributed to the gender variable teachers and for the male and the variable supervisor authority and in favor of And the absence of differences of statistical significance due to the variables of scientific qualification, and the experience of teachers in the problems facing the teaching of physical education, the researcher recommended the need to review the material of physical education and work on the equality with other subjects, in terms of preparation of a course My head is suitable for material and calculating its mark in the overall rate of students, and the need to provide the capabilities and sporting equipment related to the teaching of physical education to improve the overall performance of teachers and students.
