The study aimed to identifying the degree of using of private school principals in the capital Amman for electronic management and their relationship to the level of their performance from the perspective of their assistants. In order to achieve the objective of the study, the researcher used the descriptive method. A simple random sample consisting of (242) assistants and assistants was established in the private schools. Two questionnaires were developed. The first was to measure the degree of use of electronic administration. The number of paragraphs was (15) (15) and verified their validity and reliability, using arithmetic mean, standard deviations, mono-variance analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient, spectral test of tele-comparisons, T-test, test-retest, Cronbach Alpha. The level of use of electronic administration among private school principals in the capital Amman was high, and all fields of the first level were electronic competencies. In the second level, the field of electronic management instruction was high, except for the first field which stated that the infrastructure was medium, Their average performance was medium, and all areas of the instrument were at the intermediate level, the first was the field of effectiveness, the second was the communication level, the third was the efficiency field The results indicated that there is a positive correlation between the degree of use of electronic management and the level of their functional performance. The results also showed that there are differences of statistical significance due to gender variable for females, scientific qualification for postgraduate studies. In all fields of electronic administration. The results also indicate that there are statistically significant differences due to the gender variable in favor of females, the qualification for the postgraduate studies, the years of service and the benefit of the service provider less than 5 years in all areas of functional performance. In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommends a set of recommendations, the most important of which is to assist decision-makers in making a decision to provide an electronic application to provide school administrators with feedback on their performance levels and the opportunity to improve it through documentation and provide the boosters associated with the level of performance.
