The aim of the present research is to study the reality of educational professional preparation for the teacher of music education, special education, at Faculty of Specific Education, Ain Shams University, and how to prepare this teacher for different categories of people with disabilities through the development of a proposal to prepare it professionally educational faculties of specific education in Egypt. This is through an analytical case study of the regulations and literature, as well as an unregulated personal interview to get acquainted with the reality of qualitative teacher preparation sections of special education, Faculty of Specific Education, Ain Shams University.
