هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن واقع ومعوقات وسبل الارتقاء بالكفاءة المهنية عند المشرفات التربويات في مدارس التعليم العام بمنطقة الرياض، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم تطبيق هذه الدراسة في العام الدراسي (1440هـ- 2019م) على عينة قوامها (192) مشرفة تربوية، وتكونت أداة الدراسة الحالية من ثلاث مجالات رئيسية هي: واقع الكفاءة المهنية للمشرفات التربويات، المعوقات التي تواجه المشرفات التربويات في رفع مستوى الكفاءة المهنية، سبل الارتقاء بالكفاءة المهنية للمشرفات التربويات، وبعد التأكد من صدق وثبات الاستبانة، أثبتت النتائج أن المتوسطات الحسابية على المكون الأول للإستبانة: واقع الكفاءة المهنية للمشرفات التربويات للفقرات تراوحت مابين(3.63) كحد أعلى، و(2.07) كحد أدني، وقد نالت مجالات (تساهم المشرفات التربويات في تشجيع المعلمات على تنشيط مهارات التفكير الناقد في عملية التعليم والتعلم- تساهم المشرفات التربويات في إكساب المعلمات الثقة بأنفسهن) على أعلى درجات استجابة، كما أن المتوسطات الحسابية لفقرات المكون الثاني للإستبانة: المعوقات التي تواجه المشرفات التربويات في رفع مستوى الكفاءة المهنية تراوحت مابين(3.68) كحد أعلى، و(2.02) كحد أدني، ونالت مجالات (تعقد الروتين على المستويات الإدارية المختلفة- تعود المشرفات التربويات على العمل الفردي والابتعاد عن العمل الجماعي-التوتر والضغوط النفسية التي تشعر بها المشرفة التربوية بسبب أعباء العمل) على أعلى درجات استجابة وكانت بدرجة (عالية)، كما أثبتت النتائج أن المتوسطات الحسابية لفقرات المكون الثالث للإستبانة: سبل الارتقاء بالكفاءة المهنية للمشرفات التربويات تراوحت مابين(4.46) كحد أعلى، و(3.10) كحد أدني، وقد جاءت جميع فقرات المجال بدرجة عالية، كما أثبتت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين استجابات افراد عينة الدراسة حول معوقات رفع الكفاءة المهنية للمشرفات التربويات تعزى لمتغيرات الدورات التدريبية، المؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة، وفي ضوء تلك النتائج قدمت الباحثة عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات. The present study aimed to uncover the reality, obstacles and ways to improve the professional competence of the educational supervisors in the general education schools in Riyadh. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method. This study was applied in the academic year (1440H - 2019). The current study tool consisted of three main areas: the professional efficiency of educational supervisors, the obstacles faced by educational supervisors in raising the level of professional competence, ways to improve the professional efficiency of educational supervisors, and after verifying the validity and stability of the questionnaire, results of the mathematical averages on the first component of the questionnaire: The professional efficiency of the educational supervisors of the subjects ranged from (3.63) maximum and (2.07) minimum, and there were areas (educational supervisors contribute in encouraging teachers to activate critical thinking skills in the teaching and learning process. The educational parameters of the second component of the questionnaire: The obstacles faced by the educational supervisors in raising the level of professional competence ranged from (3.68) to a maximum of (2.02) and a minimum of (Holds routine on The different levels of education - the educational supervisors return to the individual work and to move away from the collective work - the stress and psychological pressure felt by the educational supervisor because of the workloads) at the highest response levels and the degree (high), and the results proved that the arithmetical averages of the three components of the questionnaire: The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the responses of the sample of the study about the obstacles to raising the professional efficiency of the turbochargers.
