هدف البحث الي التعرف على دور المؤسسات التربوية في تنمية ثقافة الحوار للأفراد، وكذلك التعرف علي كيفية تطوير هذا الدور للمؤسسات التربوية (الاسرة- المدرسة- وسائل الاعلام- جماعه الرفاق)، من خلال وضع تصور مقترح لتطوير هذا الدور، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي للأدبيات وتحليل الدراسات والابحاث السابقة للاستفادة من الدور التي تقوم به المؤسسات التربوية في تنمية ثقافة الحوار كل علي حدي، والاستفادة من تلك الأدبيات لوضع تصور مقترح لتطوير دور المؤسسات التربوية في تنمية ثقافة الحوار، ويهدف التصور المقترح الي توفير بيئة داعمة لتنمية ثقافة الحوار بالمؤسسات التربوية المختلفة. مقترحات وتوصيات: 1) تدريب الأبناء على العلاقات الاجتماعية والأسرية الصحيحة والمبنية على الحوار والنقاش. 2) تنمية قدرة الأفراد على مواجهه المشاكل واتخاذ القرار المناسب لها .3) إنشاء أفراد لديهم القدرة على الاختيار الصحيح لجماعة الاقران .4) تنمية مهارات الحوار والإنصات والاستماع لدى الأفراد، وتنمية النقد البناء واحترام الآخر. 5) تعاون جميع المؤسسات التربوية وتكاتفهم لتشكيل قيم، وثقافة الفكر لدى الأفراد، مما تعكس الدور الايجابي لتنمية ثقافة الحوار وتقبل الآخر والبعد عن العنف والعنصرية في الحوار .6) زيادة البرامج التليفزيونية التي تحث على الحوار الايجابي .7) وضع برامج للإرشاد الأسري بصورة مكثفة عن طريق وزارة الثقافة والنوادي المختلفة .8) اشتراك الأسرة والمدرسة في اختيار الصديق والرفيق .9) وضع نظام متابعه بين الأسرة والمدرسة .10) وضع الضوابط واللوائح للتعامل بين أفراد المدرسة والطلاب .11) عمل ندوات تثقيفية من المدرسة لأولياء الأمور عن أهمية برامج تنمية ثقافة الحوار. The aim of the research is to identify the educational institutions in developing the culture of dialogue for individuals, as well as to learn how to develop this role for educational institutions (family, school, media, group of comrades) by developing a suggested scenario for developing this role. The study aims to provide a supportive environment for the development of a culture of dialogue. The aim of this study is to develop a culture of dialogue, In different educational institutions. Proposals and recommendations: 1) Training children on correct social and family relations based on dialogue and discussion. 2) The ability of individuals to face problems and make appropriate decision. 3) Create individuals with the ability to choose the right peer group. 4) Develop the skills of dialogue, listening and listening in individuals, and developing constructive criticism and respect for others. 5) Cooperation of all educational institutions and their solidarity to form values and culture of thought among individuals, reflecting the positive role of developing a culture of dialogue and acceptance of the other and the distance from violence and racism in dialogue. 6) Increasing television programs that promote positive dialogue. 7) Develop intensive family counseling programs through the Ministry of Culture and various clubs. 8) Participation of the family and the school in the selection of friend and companion. 9) Setting up a follow-up system between the family and the school. 10) Setting rules and regulations for dealing between school members and students. 11) Conduct educational seminars from the school for parents on the importance of programs to develop a culture of dialogue.
