استھدف البحث التعرف على الفاعلیة والتأثیر لبعض طرق التدریب الإلكتروني التعاوني عبر الویب في تنفیذ المھام التربویة المتنوعة، كما استھدف أیضاً محاولة الكشف عن فاعلیة أنماط التدریب الإلكتروني عبر الویب، وبعض مداخل التوعیة بالتكنولوجیات الرقمیة المساعدة الحدیثة لذوى الاحتیاجات الخاصة، وبحث تأثیرھا على أداء المعلمین والأخصائیین لذوى الاحتیاجات الخاصة؛ من حیث المھارات المرتبطة بالتصمیم والإنتاج للمواد الإلیكترونیة والرقمیة التعلیمیة اللازمة لتلك الفئة، والتفكیر الاستراتیجي لدى أفراد عینة البحث الحالي وھم طلاب قسم التربیة الخاصة. وقد تكونت عینة الدراسة من عدد ثلاثة وستون (63) طالب من طلاب شعبة التربیة الخاصة بكلیة التربیة – جامعة طیبة بالمدینة المنورة، والمسجلین في دراسة مقرر تطبیقات تقنیات التعلیم في التربیة الخاصة، وذلك في الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الجامعي 1437هـ -1438هـ، وقد تم تقسیم تلك العینة إلى ستة مجموعات تجریبیة؛ وذلك وفقا لمستویات المتغیرین المستقلین للبحث. بینما تمثلت أدوات البحث، في أداتین، الأولي: بطاقة ملاحظة أداء الطلاب المعلمین بقسم التربیة الخاصة لمھارات تصمیم وإنتاج المواد التعلیمیة الإلیكترونیة، للمتعلمین من ذوي الإعاقات، بینما كانت الأداة الثانیة: اختبار التفكیر الاستراتیجي للبحث، وقد تم ضبط الأداتین وحساب صدقھما وثباتھما. وفیما یرتبط بالمعالجة التجریبیة للبحث الحالي فقد تم تصمیم وإنتاج موقع تدریبي إلیكتروني للبحث الحالي، بالإضافة غلى الاستفادة من أدوات التواصل الإلكتروني والاجتماعي المتاحة عبر الویب، وكذلك مصادر المعلومات الرقمیة في تنفیذ المعالجة التجریبیة للبحث الحالي؛ عند اعتبار مستویات المتغیر المستقل الأول للبحث، وھو: أنماط التدریب التعاوني عبر الویب والمتغیر المستقل الثاني، وھو: مداخل التوعیة بالتكنولوجیات الرقمیة المساعدة. وبعد إعداد وضبط أدوات البحث، ومادة المعالجة التجریبیة لھا، تم تطبیق أدوات البحث على أفراد العینة تطبیقاً قبلیاً، ثم تم تقدیم وإتاحة مادة المعالجة التجریبیة لھم، والبدء في التدریب الإلكتروني التعاوني عبر الویب، وتلا ذلك التطبیق والقیاس البعدي، وبعد تدوین البیانات التي تم الحصول علیھا، تمت معالجتھا إحصائیاً باستخدام برنامج الإحصاء الكمبیوتري (SPSS)، واستخلاص نتائج البحث، واختبار صحة فروضھا، ثم تفسیر ومناقشة النتائج في النھایة. وفیما یلي أھم النتائج التي توصل إلیھا البحث الحالي: 1) وجود فروق دالة إحصائیاً عند مستوى (0,05) لصالح نمط التدریب التعاوني الإلكتروني، في تنمیة مھارات تصمیم، وإنتاج المواد التعلیمیة الإلیكترونیة لدى أفراد عینة البحث. 2) عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائیا لصالح نمط التوعیة بالمساعدات التكنولوجیة المستخدم، في تنمیة مھارات تصمیم وإنتاج المواد التعلیمیة الإلیكترونیة، لدى أفراد عینة البحث. 3) وجود فروق دالة إحصائیا عند مستوى (0,05)؛ ترجع إلى التفاعل بین كل من نمط التدریب، ومداخل التوعیة، المستخدمة في تنمیة مھارات تصمیم وإنتاج المواد التعلیمیة الإلیكترونیة لدى أفراد عینة البحث. 3) وجود فروق دالة إحصائیا عند مستوى (0,05) لصالح نمط التدریب التعاوني الإلكتروني المستخدم، في تنمیة التفكیر الاستراتیجي لدى أفراد عینة البحث. 4) عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائیاً لصالح مداخل التوعیة المستخدمة، في تنمیة التفكیر الاستراتیجي لدى أفراد عینة البحث. وجود فروق دالة إحصائیا عند مستوى (0,05)؛ ترجع إلى التفاعل بین كل من نمط التدریب، ومداخل التوعیة المستخدم في تنمیة التفكیر الاستراتیجي لدى أفراد عینة البحث. كما اختتم البحث بتقدیم مجموعة من التوصیات والبحوث والدراسات المقترحة؛ التي تتناول المزید من البحث والتجریب للتدریب الإلكتروني التعاوني واستخدام المساعدات التكنولوجیة الرقمیة الحدیثة في مجال تعلیم وتدریب المعاقین وذوي الاحتیاجات الخاصة، في مراحل التعلیم الجامعي وقبل الجامعي. The current research aimed to identify the effectiveness and impact of some of the methods of e-training through the web in the implementation of various educational tasks. It also aimed to detect the effectiveness of e-training patterns on the web, and some of the approaches to awareness of modern digital aids for people with special needs. For those with special needs; in terms of the skills associated with the design and production of the electronic and digital educational materials needed for that category, and the strategic thinking of the members of the current research sample, namely the students of the special education department. The sample of the study consisted of sixty-three (63) students from the special education department in the College of Education – Taibah University in Madinah Al Munawwarah and students enrolled in the study of the applications of educational techniques in special education in the second semester of the academic year 1437H -1438H. The sample has been divided into six experimental groups, depending on the levels of the two independent variables. The first tool was note card performance of trained teachers in the department of special education for the skill of designing and producing electronic learning materials for learner with disabilities. The second tool was to test the strategic thinking of the research, and the tools were calculated for their sincerity and stability. In relation to the experimental treatment of the current research, an electronic training site for the current research was designed and produced, as well as the use of electronic and social communication tools available through the web, as well as digital information sources in the implementation of the experimental treatment of the current research; Co-operative training across the web and the second independent variable: outreach approaches to assistive digital technologies. After the preparation and control of the research tools and the experimental treatment material, the research tools were applied to the sample members in a tribal application, then the experimental treatment material was introduced and started, the collaborative web training started, followed by the application and the remote measurement. Were processed statistically using SPSS, extracting the results of the research, testing the validity of hypotheses, and then interpreting and discussing the results in the end. The following are the main findings of the current research: 1) There were statistically significant differences at (0.05) in favor of the e-training method in developing the skills of design and production of electronic learning materials among the sample members. 2) There are no statistically significant differences in favor of the type of awareness of the technological aids used in developing the skills of designing and producing electronic learning materials in the sample of the research sample. 3) There are statistically significant differences at (0.05) due to the interaction between the type of training and the educational approaches used to develop the skills of designing and producing electronic learning materials among the research sample members. 4) There were statistically significant differences at (0.05) in favor of the e-training method used in developing the strategic thinking among the research sample members. 5) There are no statistically significant differences in favor of the approaches used in the development of strategic thinking among the members of the research sample. 6) There are statistically significant differences at (0.05); due to the interaction between the training pattern and the awareness input used in the development of strategic thinking among the research sample members. The study also concluded with a set of recommendations, research and studies proposed, which deals with more research and experimentation of collaborative electronic training and the use of modern technological aids in the field of education and training of the disabled and people with special needs in the stages of the university and pre-university education.
