هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الكفايات التدريسية اللازمة لمعلمي العلوم الشرعية في المرحلة الابتدائية في ضوء معايير الجودة ومدى توافرها لديهم، من خلال الإجابة عن الأسئلة الآتية: ما الكفايات التدريسية اللازمة لمعلمي العلوم الشرعية في المرحلة الابتدائية، في ضوء معايير الجودة؟ ما مدى توافر الكفايات التدريسية اللازمة لدى معلمي العلوم الشرعية في المرحلة الابتدائية في ضوء معايير الجودة؟ هل يوجد تباين بين فئات العينة في مدى تمكنهم من الكفايات التدريسية اللازمة في ضوء معايير الجودة تعزى للمتغيرات: المؤهل، الخبرة، الصف؟ ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة قام الباحث بتصميم بطاقة ملاحظة كأداة للدراسة، وبعد التأكد من صدق الأداة وثباتها، تم تطبيقها على عينة من معلمي العلوم الشرعية بالمرحلة الابتدائية بمحافظة الزلفي بلغت (40) معلما بنسبة (50.63%) من مجتمع الدراسة الأصلي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: 1) التوصل إلى قائمة بالكفايات التدريسية اللازمة لمعلمي العلوم الشرعية في ضوء معايير الجودة، بلغت أربعا وثلاثين (34) كفاية. 2) أظهرت النتائج أن المتوسط العام لجميع مجالات ومعايير الجودة في بطاقة الملاحظة يساوي (3.18)، وهذا يدل على أن درجة توافر الكفايات التدريسية متوسطة. 3) أظهرت النتائج أن المتوسط العام للمجال الأول معايير الجودة المتعلقة بالجانب الشخصي يساوي (3.73). 4) أظهرت النتائج أن المتوسط العام للمجال الثاني معايير الجودة المتعلقة بالجانب العلمي يساوي (3.16). 5) أظهرت النتائج أن المتوسط العام للمجال الثالث معايير الجودة المتعلقة بالجانب التربوي يساوي (3.05). 6) أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود تباين بين فئات العينة في مدى تمكنهم من الكفايات التدريسية اللازمة في ضوء معايير الجودة في تلك المجالات، تعود لاختلاف عدد سنوات خبرة عينة الدراسة. 7) أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود تباين بين فئات العينة في مدى تمكنهم من الكفايات التدريسية اللازمة، في ضوء معايير الجودة في تلك المجالات، تعود لاختلاف الصف الدراسي. وفي ضوء النتائج توصل الباحث إلى عدة توصيات لمعلمي العلوم الشرعية والمسؤولين بوزارة التربية والتعليم، وكذلك اقترح عدة دراسات مستقبلية. The purpose of this study was to identify the teaching competencies necessary for religious subject teachers at the elementary level on the light of quality standards and how to enable them, by answering the following questions: 1) What are the necessary teaching requirements for religious subjects teachers at the elementary level in the light of overall quality standards?. 2) What is the availability of the necessary teaching skills in Religious science teachers at the elementary level in the light of the quality standards? 3) Is there a discrepancy between the sample classes in how to enable them to teaching skills necessary in the light of the quality standards due to variables: qualification, experience, class? To achieve the aim of the study, the researcher design note card as a tool for the study, and after making sure the sincerity of the tool and stability, have been applied to a sample of science teachers legitimate primary Zulfi reached (40) milestone by (50.63%) of the original study, and study reached several conclusions most important of which are: 1) A list of the necessary teaching requirements for teachers of religious subjects in the light of overall quality standards stood at thirty-four (34) adequacy. 2) The results showed that the overall average for all areas and overall quality standards in the observation card equal to (3.18), and this shows the degree of mastery of medium-caliber faculty. 3) The results showed that the overall average for the first quality standards relating to the personal side is equal to (3.73). 4) The results showed that the overall average for the second quality standards relating to the scientific side is equal to (3.16). 5) The results showed that the overall average for the third area quality standards relating to the educational aspect equals (3.05). 6) The results showed no differences between groups in the sample over enable them to teaching skills necessary in the light of the quality standards in these areas, due to the different number of years of experience of the study sample. 7) The results showed no differences between groups in the sample over enable them to teaching skills necessary in the light of the quality standards in those areas, belonging to different classroom. In light of the findings the researcher to several recommendations for Religious science teachers and ministry of education officials and education, as well as several future studies has suggested.
