Psychological exhaustion is a serious problem that may extend to most of the individual's behaviors, as it has a range of negative effects that may affect the teacher, which is reflected in the low performance in teaching and teaching students in private classes as well as negative attitudes towards them, and withdrawal from work, Is very routine, and less concerned with the human dimension in dealing, and the seriousness of this problem and the importance of study, the researcher formulated two goals To measure the level of psychological exhaustion of teachers and teachers of special grades. 2) To identify the significance of differences in the level of psychological exhaustion of teachers and teachers of private classes according to the variable sex (male - female). The current research was limited to teachers and teachers of special grades in Baghdad province / Third Rusafa for the academic year 2018-2019. The researcher has developed a measure of psychological exhaustion based on the theory of Christina Maslach (1976) in the preparation of paragraphs and the definition and follow all appropriate psychometric procedures. After the construction of a measure of psychological exhaustion was applied to the sample of the study (50) teacher and teacher, and after the processing of data statistically, the results showed the following: 1) Teachers and teachers of the special grades suffer from psychological exhaustion. There are differences between the degrees of males and females at the level of psychological exhaustion and for the benefit of females. The researcher made some recommendations and suggestions based on the research results. (Published Abstract)
