Intercultural education is the continuation of support by the teacher to the learners as soon as they begin to perform the task and to know the support of the teacher whenever they cut the learners in the education, where without the support provided by the teacher and the most educated and not included knowledge does not get the process of upgrading the cognitive achievement by the learners Others. The current research aims to reveal the effectiveness of reciprocal education in the collection of students of the Department of Art Education with the subject of educational techniques. Where the researcher relied on the experimental approach that fits the research objective, as the studies or experimental research beyond the quantitative description of the phenomenon, and refers to the development of the treatment of certain variables under the criteria set to verify how they occur, research or experimental study does not mean merely presenting past incidents or diagnosis present But is an attempt to control all the factors affecting the dependent variables in the experiment except one factor is the independent variable, which is controlled by the researcher and change it according to a certain path to determine and measure its impact in the dependent variable, and the researcher chose a trial design Y Partial restraint appropriate to the circumstances of the current search, and search out the most important set of results: 1) Organizing the scientific material and dividing it into parts. In sequential steps, it has the greatest effect on understanding and absorbing the subject. It may have an effect on increasing the motivation of the students and raising their level of achievement. 2) The reinforcement offered by the reciprocal education and its educational units by knowing the correct answers to the questions is to achieve the correct answers and reward them, which may increase the motivation of students towards education which in turn increases their achievement and may help to shape the desired behavior effectively and increase their activity To increase the outcome of education and adequacy, and helps to move the impact of education to new positions.
