The study aimed to identify the level of the learner's deficit (Aids) to player running (200) and (400) meters, and digital values to the time of completion of player running (200) and (400) meters, identifying the rate of contribution and the impact of the learner's deficit (Aids) time bound completion player running (200) and (400) meters, the researcher approached the descriptive method of searching in a relational relations on a sample of participants in Iraq Clubs Cup Championship season 2017player running (200) and (400) meters of (76) Running Distributors (19) participating in the championship club, was selected as the research sample of them intentional way by (100%) were divided into scientific foundations and transactions sample gauge (sample analysis of paragraphs) which (40) Running at (20) running from each distance from under research, EXPLORATORY Sample The pilot-scale numbered (6) ran away, sample the Chairperson's (30) running by (39.474%) of the community of origin by (15) running from each distance from under discussion, and the measure of the learner's deficit (Aids) to fit passing through the measurement settings, calendar, and the application of the scale psychological final form on the lofty Austin USEAC, and the measurement of the time of the achievement of the results of the Clubs Cup Championship, after processing the results the researcher concluded that player running (200) and (400) meters did not have the level of the learner's deficit (Aids) REMARKABLY, and contributes to and affects the increase of deficit is linked to the learner (Aids) down the time of completion of player running (200) and (400) meters.
