على الرغم من اهمية مهارات القيادة لدى مديري المدارس الابتدائية لكونها تمثل القدرة على قيادة الطاقات البشرية في المدرسة وتوجيهها نحو تحقيق اهدافها. لذا يهدف البحث الحالي الى قياس مهارات القيادة الادارية لدى مديري المدارس الابتدائية من وجهة نظر المعلمين في مديرية الكرخ الثالثة، ومن ثم معرفة الفروق بين (ذكور واناث) ولتحقيق هذه الاهداف اختيرت عينة مكونة من (465) معلما ومعلمة بواقع (116) معلم (349) معلمة بالاسلوب المرحلي العشوائي. In spite of the importance of the leadership administration for the primary as it represents leading the human energies in schools and direct them towards the achievement. Therefore, the current study aims at measuring the leadership administration skills of primary schools in Baghdad city. Then, it aims at knowing the relationship of the leadership skills to their according to the variables of gender (male, female) and the duration in service more or less. In order to achieve the objectives, as ample made up of (465) male and female principals were chosen as 116 male principals and 349 female principals in the method of random staging.
