يستهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على : أ) تعرف طبيعة العلاقة بين اتجاهات مديرو المدارس الابتدائية نحو الارشاد التربوي وعلاقته بمهام المرشد التربوي. وتحقيقاً لأهداف البحث قامت الباحثة بتطبيق المقياس على عينة بالغ عددهم (50) من مدراء المدارس الابتدائية تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية. وبعد معالجة البيانات إحصائيا توصل البحث الى: 1) هناك علاقة ايجابية بين اتجاهات مديرو المدارس الابتدائية وبين مهام المرشد التربوي. وفي ضوء نتائج البحث خرجت الباحثة بالعديد من التوصيات والمقترحات ومنها. 2) اقامة الدورات والندوات عن الارشاد النفسي التربوي لتنمية الاتجاهات نحو الارشاد التربوي لدى مديرو المدارس. أما مقترحات البحث هي : ب) دراسة المشكلات التي تواجه المرشدين التربويين. The current research aims to identify: 1) know the nature of the relationship between the attitudes of principals of primary schools towards educational guidance and its relationship to the functions of the educational guide. To achieve the research objectives, the researcher applied the scale to a sample of (50) primary school principals randomly selected. After processing the data statistically, the search results in. 1) There is a positive relationship between the attitudes of principals of primary schools and the functions of the educational guide. In light of the results of the research, the researcher came out with many recommendations and suggestions. 1) The establishment of courses and seminars on educational psychological guidance to develop trends towards educational guidance among school principals. The research proposals are: 1) Study the problems facing educational counselors. (Published abstract)
