استهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على اسباب تدني نسب النجاح في الامتحان الوزاري للتعليم المسرع من وجهة نظر المدراء والمعلمين، ولتحقيق ذلك اعدت الباحثة استبانة لأسباب التدني وبلغت فقراتها (25) فقرة وبعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، طبقت على عينة البحث الاساسية والبالغة (50) مدير ومعلم في المدارس التابعة للمديرية العامة لتربية الكرخ الاولى والثالثة، وباستعمال الوسط المرجح والوزن المئوي توصل البحث الى النتائج الاتية: 1) أظهرت تقديرات المديرين والمعلمين ان الاسباب الخمسة الاكثر أهمية لتدني نسب النجاح في الامتحان الوزاري للتعليم المسرع وبفارق بسيط في تسلسل هذه الفقرات، كانت على الترتيب التنازلي، وكالاتي: 1) التغير المستمر للمناهج الدراسية. 2) معظم التلاميذ من الفاشلين أو التاركين للدراسة. 3) عدم التحضير اليومي. 4) كثرة التغيب عن الدوام بسبب انشغالهم بالعمل. 5) الدخول الشامل لكافة التلاميذ في الامتحان الوزاري. اما الاسباب الخمسة الاقل أهمية لأسباب التدني من وجهة نظر المديرين والمعلمين، والتي كانت ايضا بنفس التقديرات وبفارق بسيط في تسلسلها، كانت على الترتيب التصاعدي، وكالاتي: 1) ضعف الحماس والطموح لدى التلاميذ. 2) استعمال طرائق تدريس قديمة تعتمد على التلقين . 3) لا توجد لمدارس التعليم المسرع حصة من القرطاسية . 4) قلة التشجيع والدعم من فبل الوزارة . 5) الجهل المتفشي وانتشار الامية بين الاهالي . وفي ضوء اهمية النتائج خرج البعض بعدد من التوصيات منها : 1) على وزارة التربية تهيئة مدارس خاصة للتعليم المسرع وزيادة الاهتمام بهذه الفئة العمرية لان فرصتها بالتعليم محددة، لانهم تجاوزوا العمر القانوني للمدارس الابتدائية ولان التحقوا كان برغبتهم في التعليم والحصول على الشهادة الابتدائية. واستكمالا للبحث الحالي خرج البحث بعدد من الدراسات المقترحة .(الملخص المنشور)

The current research aimed at identifying the reasons for the low success rates in the ministerial exam for accelerated education from the point of view of principals and teachers. In order, the researcher for the causes the decline and reached 25 paragraphs. After verifying their validity and validity, in the schools affiliated to the General Directorate for the Education of Karkh I and III, using the weighted mean and percentage weight, the research results in the following results: Managers and teachers estimated that the five most important reasons for the low success rates in the accelerated examination of accelerated education in the sequence of these paragraphs were, respectively: 1) Continuous change of curriculum. 2) Most pupils are failing or leaving school. - Do not prepare daily. 3) Frequent absenteeism due to their preoccupation with work. - Comprehensive entry of all students in the ministerial examination. The five least important reasons for the decline from the point of view of principals and teachers, which were also the same estimates and a slight difference in their sequence, were on the ascending order, agencies: 1) The enthusiasm and ambition of the students. 2) Using old teaching methods based on indoctrination. 3) Accelerated education schools do not have a share of stationery. 4) Lack of encouragement and support from the Ministry. 5) Widespread illiteracy and the spread of illiteracy among the people. The importance results, some recommendations were made, including: 1) The Ministry of Education should set up special schools for accelerated education and increase interest in this age group because their chances of education are specific, because they have exceeded the legal age of primary schools and because they were interested in education and obtaining primary education. In order to complete the current research, the research came out with a number of proposed studies. (Published abstract)
