هدف البحث الحالى إلى تعرف فاعلیة وحدة دراسیة مقترحة قائمة علی أبعاد التربیة المدنیة بمنهج التربیة الأسریة فی تنمیة قیم الأمن الفكري ومهارات اتخاذ القرار الأخلاقي لطالبات الصف الثالث الاعدادي. تكونت عینة البحث من (32) طالبة بالمجموعة التجریبیة. استخدم البحث المنهج التجریبي باستخدام المجموعة الواحدة واستخدام القیاس القبلي والبعدي لأدوات البحث لذات المجموعة. حیث اشتملت أدوات البحث على مقیاس قیم الأمن الفكري تتضمن (التسامح الفكري، الحوار الإیجابي، الوعی بحقوق الإنسان، التعایش السلمي مع الآخرین، الانتماء والولاء الوطني، المسئولیة الاجتماعیة)، واختبار اتخاذ القرار الأخلاقي. وأوضحت نتائج البحث ما یلي: وجود فرق دال احصائیا بین متوسط درجات طالبات عینة البحث فى التطبیق القبلي والبعدي لمقیاس الأمن الفكري فى كل بعد من أبعاده على حده لصالح التطبیق البعدي. كما أوضحت النتائج وجود حجم تأثیر كبیر فى تنمیة قیم الأمن الفكري لدى طالبات عینة البحث. وجود فرق دال احصائیا بین متوسط درجات طالبات المجموعة التجریبیة فى التطبیق القبلي والبعدي لاختبار اتخاذ القرار الاخلاقي لصالح التطبیق البعدي. كما أوضحت النتائج وجود حجم تأثیر كبیر فى نمو القدرة على اتخاذ القرار الأخلاقي فى مواقف الحیاة الیومیة لدى طالبات عینة البحث. وجود علاقة ارتباطیة طردیة موجبة ودالة إحصائیا عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) بین اختبار اتخاذ القرار الأخلاقي ومحاور مقیاس الأمن الفكري. واستنادا إلى ما توصل إلیه البحث من نتائج تم وضع عدد من التوصیات أهمها: إعادة النظر فى أهداف و محتوى مناهج التربیة الأسریة بحیث تتضمن أبعاد التربیة المدنیة وقیم الأمن الفكري، ضرورة التنوع في الاستراتیجیات التدریسیة والأنشطة الصفیة واللاصفیة والأسالیب التقویمیة التي تنمي قیم الأمن الفكري والقدرة على اتخاذ القرار الاخلاقي لدى الطلاب بمختلف المراحل الدراسیة، تأكید دور المعلم فى ترسیخ مبادئ الوسطیة والاعتدال، والتعایش السلمي مع الآخرین، ونبذ العنف والتطرف الفكري والعقائدي، وغیرها من القیم التى تؤدي إلى تماسك المجتمع وترابطه. This research aimed at identifying the effectiveness of a suggested study unit based on the dimensions of civic education at family education curriculum in developing third preparatory female students' values of intellectual security and skills of making ethical decisions. The research sample comprised 32 female students at the experimental group. It utilized the experimental methodology using the one unit and the pre and post measurement of research instruments of the said group. The research tools included to the measure of intellectual security values that comprised (intellectual tolerance, positive dialogue, human rights' awareness, peaceful coexistence, national belonging and loyalty, social responsibility) and the test of ethical decision making. The research results included the following: there are statistically indicative differences among the average marks of the research sample female students in the pre and post application of the measure of the intellectual security in each of its dimensions solely, in favor of the post application. The results also revealed a massive impact on developing the intellectual security values of the research sample female students. There are statistically indicative differences among the average marks of the experimental group female students in the pre and post application of the measurement of the ethical decision making test, in favor of the post application. The results also revealed a massive impact on developing the research sample female students' ability in making ethical decisions in daily life situations. There is a positive direct proportional and statistically indicative correlation at 0.01 function level between making the ethical decision and the axes of intellectual security measure. Based to the research concluded results, a number of recommendations were set forth, as follows: reconsidering the goals and content of family education curricula and introducing the dimensions of civic education and values of intellectual security, the necessity of making a variation of the educational strategies and the curricular and extracurricular activities, assessment techniques that develop the values of intellectual security and the ability to make ethical decisions for students at different school stages. Underscoring the role of teachers in the consolidation of the principles of moderation, peaceful coexistence with others, and renunciation of violence and ideological extremism and other values that lead to the cohesion of society.
