هدف البحث إلى تنمیة مهارات التفکیر التأملي، ومهارات إنجاز بحوث الفعل من خلال برنامج تدریبي قائم على تطبیقات بحوث الفعل بما ینعکس على زیادة تحسین مستوى الکفاءة المهنیة لدى الطلاب المعلمین بالفرقة الرابعة شعبة التعلیم الصناعي المعماري بکلیة التربیة - جامعة حلوان، حیث تکونت عینة الدراسة من (30) طالب وطالبة من طلاب الفرقة الرابعة شعبة الصناعات المعماریة بکلیة التربیة - جامعة حلوان المجموعة التجریبیة - ولتحقیق هدف الدراسة قام الباحث باستطلاع رأي الخبراء والمحکمین فى مجال المناهج وطرق التدرس التعلیم الصناعي لعمل ثلاث قوائم القائمة الأولى مهارات التفكیر التأملي، والقائمة الثانیة مهارات الکفاءة المهنیة، القائمة الثالثة مهارات إنجاز بحث الفعل، کما تم دراسة محاور البحث الثلاثة والتي تتمثل فى محور بحوث الفعل، ومحور الفكیر التأملي، ومحور الکفاءة المهنیة وذلك للتوصل إلى أسس تصمیم البرنامج التدریبي القائم على تطبیقات بحوث لفعل؛ بهدف تنمیة کل مهارات التفکیر التأملي، والکفاءة المهنیة، ومهارات إنجاز بحوث الفعل، وتم إعداد أدوات البحث والتي تمثلت فى اختبار مهارات التفكیر التأملي، ومقیاس المفاءة المهنیة، وبطاقة ملاحظة لقیاس مهارات إنجاز بحث الفعل، وقام الباحث بتطبیق أدوات البحث قبلیا المجموعة التجریبة عینة البحث ثم تطبیق البرنامج التدریبي بما یحتویه من أنشطة وأوراق عمل تدریبیة على طلاب المجموعة التجریبیة، ثم تطبیق أدوات البحث بعدیا المجموعة التجریبیة، وتم إجراء المعالجة الإحصائیة لأدوات البحث، وأظهرت نتائج البحث فاعلیة البرنامج التدریبي فى تنمیة کل من مهارات التفکیر التأملي، الکفاءة المهنیة، ومهارات إنجاز بحوث الفعل لدى طلاب الفرقة الرابعة شعبة الصناعات المعماریة بكلیة التربیة جامعة حلوان. The aim of the research is to develop the skills of thinking, and the skills of accomplishing the research of the act through a training program based on the applications of the research of the act, which is reflected in the further improvement of the level of professional competence of the students teachers of the fourth division industrial education department, faculty of education the study sample consisted of (30) students and students from the fourth year students of the architectural industries division at the faculty of education - Helwan University. The experimental group - to achieve the objective of the study the researcher surveyed the opinion of experts and arbitrators in the field of curricula and methods of teaching industrial education for the work of three lists, and the second list the skills of professional competence, the third list, the skills of the completion of the research of the act, and the study of the three research axes, namely the focus of the research of the verb, and the focus of reflection and the focus of professional competence to reach the foundations of the design of the training program the research tools were designed to test the skills of reflection thinking, the measure of professional competence, and a note card to measure the skills of doing the research. The researcher applied tools the study of the sample of the research sample and then the application of the training program with its activities and training work papers for the experimental group students, then applying the research tools to the experimental group, and the statistical processing of the research tools. Dribi in the development of both the skills of thinking, professional competence, and skills to accomplish the research of the work of the fourth year students of the department of architecture industries faculty of education University of Helwan the aim of the research to develop the skills of reflection and the skills of the completion of research action through a training program based on the applications of research action, improving the level of professional competence of the students of the fourth department of the industrial education department, Faculty of Education, Helwan University.
