The aim of the research was to design and implement the standard of the educational leadership of the teachers of physical education in the secondary schools of Baghdad education. The researchers used the descriptive approach in the analytical style, where the sample included (686) managers representing the secondary schools of Baghdad education. The preparation of instructions of the questionnaire form design, the exploratory experiment, the correcting of the questionnaire, the statistical analysis of the items of the questionnaire and the main experiment were conducted, and the statistical bag for social sciences (SPSS) was used. The findings were presented and discussed, and the researchers concluded the validity and suitability of the standards of the educational leadership of the teachers of physical education in the general directorates of Baghdad Education, while the members of the research sample were characterized by their ability to educational leadership. The researchers recommended the adoption of the standards of the educational leadership on other samples, and paying attention to the educational leadership and finding ways to develop it because of its important role of the teacher of physical education and sports sciences in schools on the practice of educational leadership through specialized courses and workshops organized for this purpose. They also recommended the importance of finding scientific criteria to choose the educational leaders in the schools that have the educational leadership skills, and conducting similar studies on other samples.
