Evaluate the quality and the effectiveness of the summer training programs offered to teachers by the national center for vocational educational development from teachers’ view of points. The aim of this study was to evaluate the quality of the summer training courses offered to teachers by the national center for vocational educational development from teachers’ view of points. The researcher used the mixed method design -concurrent design- to achieve the objectives of the research. The research tool (questionnaire) consisted of (24) paragraphs divided into (3) main axes: evaluation of the trainer, evaluation of the content of the effectiveness of the course on teachers’ performance. The interview was used as a qualitative part of this study to ascertain the validity of the results that emerged from the questionnaire. The results of the research showed the following: 1) there is a moderate approval by the sample members on the three main areas of study: the coach's efficiency, the quality of the training content of the course, and the effectiveness of the summer courses provided in raising the level of teachers’ performance. 2) There are significant differences at the level of (α < 0.05) on the evaluation of the courses in the first and second axes (trainer evaluation and evaluation of the content of the training program) due to the variation of gender, in favor of female teachers. 3) There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α < 0.05) on the evaluation of the courses in the three axes of the study due to the variation of educational qualification of the participants. 4) There are significant differences at the level of significance (α < 0.05) on the evaluation of the courses in the second axis (evaluation of the content of the training program) due to the difference of teaching experiences, for teachers whose teaching experience ranges from one to ten years. In the analysis phase of the interviews, several central themes emerged from the coding of the participants' responses, which were consistent with the results of the statistical part of the study. Recommendations and suggestions were discussed. (Published abstract)
