The present study aims at identifying the community services in the deanship of community service, and developing a proposed vision to ensure the quality of community services in the deanship of community service and continuing education at the Islamic University in the light of some international experiences; and revealing the statistically significant differences at (0.05) level about community services in the deanship of community services and continuing education in the Islamic University and the obstacles to their quality assurance3 according to the study variables (academic rank – training courses – years of experience). The study sample included (50) academic leaders and faculty members in the Islamic University of Madinah, and the researcher relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and used a questionnaire as the study instrument. The study reached several results, the most important among which are: that "the quality of community services in the deanship of community service and continuing education in the Islamic University of Madinah" had a (medium) degree from the point of view of faculty members and academic leaders of the sample, "the obstacles to the quality assurance of community services in the deanship of community service and continuing education in the Islamic University" had a (very high) degree from the point of view of the sample, and the lack of statistically significant differences at (0.05) level in the opinions of the sample about the questionnaire axes as a whole and the total degree according to the variables of (academic rank – training courses – years of experience). The researcher recommended: the need for the deanship to pay attention to the interaction between faculty members and community members in several religious and national activities and occasions, and the need for the deanship's attention to identifying the needs and requirements of community members, and work to fulfill them in reality.
