هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على مفهوم وأبعاد قيم التسامح من منظور تربوي، وأيضا الوقوف على دواعي الاهتمام بتدعيم قيم التسامح لطلاب التعليم الصناعي، وأيضا هدف إلى تحديد الأدوار المقترحة التي ينبغي أن تقوم بها بعض المؤسسات التربوية (الأسرة، المدرسة، دور العبادة، وسائل الإعلام) في تنمية وتعزيز قيم التسامح لطلاب التعليم الصناعي من منظور تربوي، والتعرف على أهم المقومات والمبادئ اللازمة لنجاح هذه الأدوار. وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي النظري القائم على رصد عناصر الظاهرة وإخضاعها للتحليل والتفسير. وجاءت الدراسة بمجموعة من النتائج، هي: 1) تعزيز قيم التسامح، من خلال تضمين هذه القيم عند تصميم البرامج والمناهج الدراسية. 2) تبنى المعلم دور القدوة الحسنة من خلال تبنيه لسلوكيات التسامح مع الطلبة، وتقبل النقد واحترام الطلبة والتعاون والعطف عليهم. 3) استخدام أساليب تقويم حديثة تراعى جوانب الشخصية، من خلالها يمكن ملاحظة سلوك المتعلم والحكم على ناتج الأداء. 4) التعاون فيما بين المؤسسات المجتمعية، ومدارس التعليم الفني الصناعي، إذ أصبح التعليم هماً مجتمعياً يتعاون الجميع في بلورة توجهاته، وقيمه ومبادئه، والسعي إلى تحقيق أهدافه. 5) تدريس مقررات تراعى التعدد الثقافي، من خلال أنشطة وممارسات عملية تساعد الطلبة على تبنى سلوكيات التسامح. 6) عقد ندوات ومؤتمرات تدريبية بهدف تعزيز قيم التسامح، يشارك فيها كافة أطياف المجتمع. 7) تدعيم الدور التربوي لوسائل الإعلام من خلال غرس الإعلام في الطفل محبة السلوك الجيد، والأعمال النبيلة. The aim of this research is to identify the concept and dimensions of tolerance values from an educational perspective. And also stand on the reasons of interest in strengthening tolerance for students of industrial education values. The goal is also to define the proposed roles that should be carried out by some educational institutions (family, school, houses of worship, and the media) in the development and promotion of values of tolerance for students of industrial education from an educational perspective, and to identify the most important elements and principles necessary for the success of these roles. The researcher used descriptive theoretical analytical method based on monitoring the elements of the phenomenon and subjected to analysis and interpretation, the study came with a number of results: 1) Promote values of tolerance by including these values when designing programs and curricula. 2) The teacher adopted the role of good example by adopting the behaviors of tolerance with students, accepting criticism, and respect for students, cooperation and affection for them. 3) Cooperation among community institutions, schools and industrial technical education, as it has become a community education are all cooperate in the development of orientations, values and principles, and seek to achieve its goals. 4) Use of modern assessment methods take into account personal aspects, which can be observed learner behavior and judgment on the output performance. 5) Teaching multicultural courses through practical activities and practices that help students adopt tolerance behaviors. 6) Holding seminars and training conferences in order to promote the values of tolerance, involving all sectors of society. 7) Strengthening the educational role of the media by instilling the media in the child's love of good behavior and noble deeds.
