The current research aims to recognize (the impact of using the method of Van Hiele of immediate and delayed achievement for the students of fifth primary class in the scientific concepts for science class), within the confirmation of the following two zero hypotheses: 1- there is no statistical significant difference on the level of 0.5 between the average of degrees that obtained by student of experimental group that learn the method of Van Hiele and the controlled group that study the normal method in the test of the immediate achievement of in the scientific concepts. We chose the experimental design of partial control for both groups (experimental & controlled) that each one control the other. The number of individuals in the sample is 68 students from the school of the Meritor Mohammed Baqer AlSader that was chosen with objective, distributed into two groups experimental & controlled (35 -33)studied according to the normal method. The individuals of the two groups experimental & controlled used the variables of (smart, the previous test of information & the degrees that obtained previously by student of the since class for the fourth class I prepared objective test of the kind of choices from variable of four alternatives contain 40 paragraphs as a tool for the research, and we confirm the test (superficial) by experts & judges in the field of Education and methods of teaching science. We confirm also the (containing) by preparing test map (specification scheme),and according to it's stability, using the equation of (Kiuader Richardson -20) which reach to 0.89,and we find the coefficient of hardness &easiness and the distinguished power and the activity of the alternative in the test articles. Set 34 a teaching dairy plan for experimental according to the method of Van Hiele while the controlled group studied according to the normal method. The experiment applied in the first semester of 2011/2012 and last 12 weeks. The data processed statistically by using Z test for two independent samples with un equal number, the results showed the superiority of the experimental group that studied the method of Van Hiele than the controlled group studied according to the normal method. The research concluded for some conclusions, the using of the method of Van Hiele in studying the suggest to do other studies for different levels and classes to recognize the impact on the other variables.
