The substance of art elements of the task subjects in the life of students as they represent a key factor in building art painting components, so the teaching of this article to accuracy and high interest needs through the provision of all the educational requirements for the Acquistion learner artistic concepts, and through the recognition of the difficulties faced by teachers of Art elements from the perspective of students, Department of Education, the College of Fine Arts, University of Diyala, a calendar scientific work helps in educational Ttoiralamlah, also stand on Ray behind and arbitrators in determining these difficulties and their contribution to the expression facilitate processing, and stimulate the researcher to do the researched. The study aimed to detect these difficulties, according to the opinions of experts and the development of the questionnaire appropriate solutions, the researcher used the descriptive approach, and used the researcher questionnaire as a tool for discussion on a sample of 20 students and after using statistical methods researcher found the main difficulties in the field of educational content of paragraph (1 0.5) either paragraphs (2, 3, 4), they do not constitute a difficulty either in the ways and methods of teaching, the paragraph (6.8, 9, 10) represents the difficulty of Head and the most difficult to paragraph (8) relating to the lack of use of teaching aids in the teaching of the elements Art either paragraph (7) does not constitute a difficulty, either in the field of students, paragraph (11), they do not represent the difficulty, while paragraphs (12.13, 14, 15), it represents the difficulty, while the main difficulties they are stationed in the area of students and teaching methods.
