A growing need in the present day, day after day to the application of scientific thought and modern educational methods and technology in the design plans and educational programs, and the evolution of the concept of instructional design as a result of its use in art education and crafts, which include a range of topics footwork different ones as regards the use of the severity of the skin to the implementation of the works of art different. The current research aims to: 1-The effect of an educational program in the development of students' skills to work in the skin Department of Art Education. 2-measure the effectiveness of instructional design Bbaadih knowledge and skills through applied to a sample of students in the Department of Art Education - Phase II - Faculty of Basic Education lam school (2013-2014) study morning.
