A growing need in the present day, day after day to the application of scientific thought and modern educational methods and technology in the design plans and educational programs, and the evolution of the concept of instructional design as a result of its use in art education and crafts, which include a range of topics footwork different ones as regards the use of the severity of the skin to the implementation of the works of art different. The current research aims to: 1-The effect of an educational program in the development of students' skills to work in the skin Department of Art Education. 2-measure the effectiveness of instructional design Bbaadih knowledge and skills through applied to a sample of students in the Department of Art Education - Phase II - Faculty of Basic Education lam school (2013-2014) study morning. To achieve the first goal and the second for this search researcher formulated the following null hypothesis: No statistically significant differences at the level (05 0.0) between the average test scores of students in the knowledge and skills between the two groups (experimental and control) in the pre-test and this is statistically unequal sets of search . To achieve the objective of the third and fourth for this search researcher formulated the following null hypothesis: No statistically significant differences at the level (05 0.0) between the average test scores of knowledge and skill posttest between the two groups studied in the experimental material handicrafts (the severity of the skin) in instructional design model according to Kemp and the officer who studied in the traditional way. Chose a researcher in the research sample consisted of a deliberate and (60) students, divided between two halls studies, and relied on a single experimental designs with Almtkavitan two groups (experimental and control), with a post-test, because it is appropriate to target research and hypothesis. Were verified equal sets of search variables (chronological age of the students measured in months, the test scores of tribal "test prior knowledge in the subject of handicraft to the severity of the skin, and the researcher prepared Adata Find two test cognitive textured handicraft to the severity of the skin test Mehari, test knowledge and skills component (50) paragraph of the type of multiple choice with four alternatives and complete phrases, and the names and uses of the following tools, and expressions of right and wrong, has been verified validity and reliability coefficient of difficulty and strength discriminatory and effective alternatives to the wrong test for two independent samples for data processing (t - Test) and used the test samples t the result of the search, superiority of the experimental group that studied the material handicraft (severe skin) on according to the instructional design of the control group which studied the way the usual test of knowledge and skill, which had a positive impact in raising academic achievement among the students of the second phase, which shows the importance in raise the level of scientific knowledge.
