The study aimed at identifying the effectiveness of the pilot program based on the theory of choice in the reduction of psychological alienation and the concern of Syrian refugees of the secondary students in Jordan. The study sample consisted of (37) female from Syrian female refugee students, during the year 2018/2019. The members of the study sample were distributed in a random manner into two groups: an experimental group consisted of (17) Student application of them consisted of indicative program (25), and an officer and a number of its members (20) student did not receive induction program, The performance of the experimental and control groups was measured on psychological alienation and future anxiety measures before and after the induction program, while the follow-up measure was taken to the experimental group one month after the end of the program. The results of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences between the experimental and control groups in the sense of psychological alienation and the future anxiety for the experimental group. The results indicated that there is continuity of the program's impact on the experimental group in the psychological alienation variables and future anxiety only after one month Apply the program to them.
