هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الإطار المفاهيمي لمدارس المتفوقين الثانوية للعلوم والتكنولوجيا، وتحليل الأسس النظرية للمحاسبية الذكية بمدارس المتفوقين الثانوية للعلوم والتكنولوجيا، والوقوف على واقع المحاسبية الذكية بمدارس المتفوقين الثانوية للعلوم والتكنولوجيا بمصر، وتقديم تصور مقترح لمتطلبات تطبيق المحاسبية الذكية بمدارس المتفوقين الثانوية للعلوم والتكنولوجيا بمصر. واعتمدت الدراسة في تحقيق أهدافها المنهج الوصفي، وبخاصة أسلوبي المسح والتحليل وذلك لملاءمته لطبيعة الدراسة، كما اعتمدت الدراسة الميدانية على الأدوات الآتية: المقابلة غير المقننة لبعض أعضاء المجتمع المدرسي بمدارس المتفوقين الثانوية للعلوم والتكنولوجيا بمصر، والملاحظة الميدانية من خلال زيارات الباحث لمدارس المتفوقين الثانوية للعلوم والتكنولوجيا، وبناء استبانة موجهة إلى أعضاء هيئة التعليم (المديرين- الوكلاء- المعلمين) بمدارس المتفوقين الثانوية للعلوم والتكنولوجيا بمصر، والذين بلغ عددهم 68؛ للوقوف على مدى توافر أسس المحاسبية الذكية بمدارس المتفوقين الثانوية للعلوم والتكنولوجيا وهي: (الثقة المتبادلة- المشاركة الفعالة- التحفيز وزيادة الدافعية- التقويم الذاتي- الشفافية التربوية). وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة توافر المحاسبية الذكية بمدارس المتفوقين الثانوية للعلوم والتكنولوجيا بمصر بحسب آراء أفراد عينة الدراسة جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، وكان ترتيبها تنازلياً على النحو الآتي: (الثقة المتبادلة- التحفيز وزيادة الدافعية- التقويم الذاتي- المشاركة الفعالة- الشفافية التربوية). The study aimed to identify the conceptual framework of the schools of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), the analysis of the foundations of Intelligent Accountability in STEM schools, to stand on the reality of Intelligent Accountability in these schools in Egypt, and provide also a suggested vision for application requirements of Intelligent Accountability in STEM schools in Egypt. The study achieved its objectives by using the descriptive approach and in particular the survey and analysis style as it suits the nature of the study. The field study is based on the following instruments: the Unstructured Interview for some members of STEM school community in Egypt, direct observation by researcher visits to high school for science and technology, and the construction of a questionnaire addressed to the Education Commission members (principals- deputy principals- teachers) at STEM schools in Egypt whose numbered were 68; to stand on the availability of Intelligent Accountability in these schools. The study found that the degree of availability of Intelligent Accountability in STEM schools in Egypt, according to the views of the study sample were moderately degree, and it was arranged in descending order as follows: (Mutual trust- Motivation- self evaluation- effective participation- Educational Transparency). The study envisions a proposal for the application requirements of accounting on STEM schools in Egypt in light of the theoretical framework for the foundations of Intelligent Accountability, and in the light of the outcome of the results of field study.
