هدف البحث إلى قياس أثر استخدام برنامج تدريبي مقترح على تنمية بعض المهارات التدريسية لدى معلمي الحاسب الآلي بالمرحلة الإعدادية "أثناء الخدمة". وقامت الباحثة بتحديد المهارات التدريسية وهي: (تخطيط الدرس، تنفيذ الدرس، الوسائل التعليمية، إستراتيجيات التدريس، التقويم)؛ والمهارات التخصصية الخاصة بتدريس البرمجة بصفة عامة والبرمجة الشيئية بصفة خاصة في مادة الحاسب الآلي واللازم توافرها لدى معلمي الحاسب الآلي، وهي: (حل المشكلات، تحديد أنواع البيانات، أنواع العمليات، التعامل مع واجهة تطبيق البرمجة V.B.Net، استخدام أدوات التحكم، التعامل مع نافذة الكود، التعامل مع الإجراءات. ولمعرفة مدى الحاجة للتدريب على هذه المهارات، قامت الباحثة بإعداد إستبيان لمعلمي الحاسب الآلي ومعالجة النتائج إحصائياً. إجراءات البحث: قامت الباحثة باستطلاع رأي معلمي الحاسب الآلي حول المهارات التدريسية والتخصصية المقترحة للتدريب عليها. ولما كانت المهارات التخصصية لها الاهتمام الأكبر من قبل المعلمين، خاصة المهارات البرمجية ولغة البرمجية V.B.Net، عمدت الباحثة إلى الدراسات السابقة وتحليل دور معلم الحاسب الآلي لإعداد قائمة بالمهارات التدريسية والتخصصية، من خلال تحليل محتوى مقرر الصف الثالث الإعدادي، وإعداد استبيان لمعرفة مدى الحاجة للتدريب عليها، ومن ثم أعدت الباحثة برنامجا تدريبيا مقترحا لتنمية المهارات التخصصية في البرمجة باستخدام برنامج العروض Power Point والقائم على إستراتيجية التعلم الذاتي، وتم تطبيق ثلاث وحدات تدريبية في البرمجة الشيئية على عينة من معلمي الحاسب الآلي بلغ عددها 20 معلماً. وتم استخدام اختبار تحصيلي إلكتروني (إعداد الباحثة) من صورتين، إحداهما للتطبيق القبلي والأخرى للتطبيق البعدي، بهدف قياس الجانب المعرفي الخاص بالمهارات موضع التدريب لدى مجموعة عينة الدراسة، معد ببرامج Quiz Creator، كما تم استخدام بطاقة ملاحظة لقياس الجانب الأدائي المهاري لدى المتدربين قبل تطبيق البرامج وبعد التطبيق، وعددها أربع بطاقات. وتم التوصل إلى النتائج الآتية: 1) إعداد قائمة بالمهارات التدريسية والمهارات التخصصية في مجال البرمجة الواجب توافرها لدى معلم الحاسب الآلي ومراجعتها وضبطها، حيث تحتوي على عدد من المهارات التدريسية، وعدة مهارات فرعية مشتقة من كل مهارة رئيسية يجب توافرها لدى معلم الحاسب الآلي، حتى يكون قادراً على تدريس مادة الحاسب الآلي بصفة عامة ومجال البرمجة الشيئية بصفة خاصة. 2) إعداد برنامج لتنمية المهارات التخصصية البرمجية لدى معلمي الحاسب الآلي باستخدام برنامج العروض Power Point، مكوّن من ثلاث وحدات تدريبية معتمداً على إستراتيجية التعلم الذاتي. 3) وجود فرق دال إحصائياً عند مستوى دلالة 0.01 بين متوسطي درجات المجموعة التجريبية في الاختبار التحصيلي المعرفي القبلي والبعدي، لصالح التطبيق البعدي. 4) وجود فرق دال إحصائياً عند مستوى دلالة 0.01 بين مستويات الأداء المهاري العملي للمجموعة التجريبية في بطاقة الملاحظة، لصالح التطبيق البعدي.
