This study aimed to build and provide a Suggested Conception for the development of TPACK among female science teachers in Riyadh. The study used the descriptive method by building two tools for the study, the first tool endeavored to determine the TPACK extent of availability among female science teachers, it consisted of (70) statements distributed to (7) themes and sent to female teachers of science in middle and high schools in Riyadh, (311) teachers answered all the paragraphs of the questionnaire. After collecting the data, it has been analyzed using a number of statistical methods in order to gain access to the results. In the light of these results, the second study tool has been built, it was "a List of the requirements of TPACK development", which its final form consisted of (71) statement, after presenting to a group of experts to take their opinions and made the right adjustments to it. Results of the study showed that the study sample were neutral in general about the availability of TPACK that they have. The study provided a Suggested Conception for the development of TPACK, included five stages of development: (Preparation, TK development, TPK & TCK development, TPACK development, follow-up and evaluation level).
